Never have experienced an outage, internet is very fast, and worth the price. If you ever need to talk to someone you can call right in and get someone on the phone right away. I’d steer clear of Xfinity I’ve had 8 outages over the last month and half.

The customer service is unmatched! When I first established service, the install location that I chose turned out to have poor signal quality. They came out and reinstalled for no charge AND ran a new line to drop.Now, a couple years into being a customer, I called to ask a question about plans. Not only was Theresa extremely knowledgeable of both the technical and administrative aspects, she CALLED ME to check in after we made changes! It is amazing to see a company take such good care in a world of automated phone trees and mass emails.There isn’t enough space to rain down the appropriate praise. Small, local businesses like these are a gem.

I’m high consumer about internet services, and my experience whit this company is 100% satisfaction!!! Sharon is amazing, technical support is quickly… for me living outside city’s and have fiber service is great!!! Tks guys you make good job…

I gotta say, I don't understand the very negative reviews. People need to realize that the speeds you pay for are theoretical. You will never get 100% of the bandwidth you pay for from any fiber carrier. If you get 75-80 mps on a 100 mps account you should be happy. 160 - 175 mps on a 200 mps plan is great.I have used Reliance Connects for over a year and they have been extremely accomodating when there are any issues. What I appreciate is that if there's a problem you can call or drive a short distance and actually talk to a human being. Overall, my service was very reliable. In fact, I had never experienced an outage in the past year and a half.I tried Comcast Xfinity this past week and while the introductory price was cheaper, it proved extremely unreliable. My internet service went down half a dozen times in one week with Xfinity. Their support uses an almost worthless AI assistant that insists on "self support" for every isue. The Xumo streaming boxes did not work and I had to go to Fairview and wait to speak to someone twice.After this past week, I cancelled service w/ Comcast and Reliance Connects have graciously scheduled to reconnect me tomorrow. If that isn't good service I don't know what is.

Inept... rude.... buyer beware! After several (7) visits to their office I can honestly say not worth it. Should have listened to my neighbors. They took all my info (banking, SS#, income, personal info) and still no internet. Picked up the paperwork she wanted me to initial to read over at home. As I was leaving a rude comment was made... NEVER going back! ?Reliance is the only internet service available where I live....so I went back.So glad I did. Absolutely much better! Very painless and now have internet. The technicians were so friendly and the office was too. Teresa was amazing and very understanding.

I would never recommendthis terrible place to anyone. The staff were extremely rude, and took down the wrong address ?Upon arrival they informedme the instrument could only be placed in the closet. Therefore, we would have had to take thetime out to reschedule only to be let down!!!Again!!! My motto is "NeverGive up & Never Give In".Sincerely to Everyone whoReads this: May God BlessEach and Everyone".

Reliance has really stepped up their game recently in respects to customer serviceHowever the smarthub Wifi app no longer works for Reliance , and with very limited customer service available on the weekends it is a serious issue

Our internet went out last night after hours for an unknown reason. I posted on a local Facebook group and was shortly messaged after I posted by Theresa who said she would look into the issue first thing in the morning. The next morning, i get a message from her saying that she talked to my dad and the help desk and we should have internet soon. Not even 10 minutes later, internet was restored!! so thankful for fabulous customer service and going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of ASAP.

They have a monopoly on the rural areas out where I live and they refuse to put fiber for better internet because "there is no demand". Best you're gonna get is 2mb/s DSL if you can't get the fiber internet. Then they charge you way to much for it.

Had Reliance for about 9 months and loved their service. Ending it because we are moving otherwise we would have kept them! Also, their customer service is dope shout out Emily!

Let’s talk about customer service. It is amazing! Everyone from front desk to tech support are so friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The front desk gals are always so friendly and ready to help with solutions that best fit my needs. Then the tech support were very polite and respectful while in my home. They explained what they had to do and why. I am so impressed with the service I have received!

I just want to thank the two gentlemen(sorry I forgot their names) who came all the way to Ashwood on June 8th to explain how (in the future)they plan to improve our internet service, I appreciate your candor and your truthfulness, and really do wish your company good luck in getting the grants your working for. We have had very little problem with the service reliance provides and truly appreciate the excellent customer service we get whenever we call. Thank you so much.
