Do not trust this business. They requested background checks from our company as they were trying to qualify to help AAA OR/ID customers. They promised to pay the invoice but never did. So they took the results of the background checks and then refused to pay. How can you trust them when they will s**** a legitimate company when they requested the work in the first place. We assumed they could be trusted since they had applied to work with AAA OR/ID. However they did not qualify to be good enough to work with AAA OR/ID. That should tell you all you need to know. Check out there court records with the ****** Circuit Courts. Do you want to be the next victim? Stay away from this company and stay away from the owners. Skyler showed up after hours to my disabled vehicle and was professional and respectful from the start. He worked quickly to get my vehicle onto his truck and got me back home about an hour away. I accidentally looked myself out of my car at 3am. I called AAA at about 3:30am. With in 10 minutes of placing my call with AAA, I received a call from Skyler with Clackamas River Towing & Auto Salvage. He explained to me he was in Estacada finishing up a job out there. He would be in Mulino as soon as he could. It is now 4:39am. My car is unlocked and I'm set to go.Skyler was the most polite gentleman. Was very gental on the car. John and his coworker where amazing and very helpful. AAA sent them to do a tow for us. They where super friendly and professional. Thank you guys so much for everything. We appreciate you very much. I would highly recommend this towing company.

This is a long over due. 2 years ago, I drove up Lost Lake mountain without chains on icy, snowy road, my car got stuck in the snow. No service, no human being around, but somehow, I encountered hikers who were on the way down the mountain called towing service for me when they got to the area where there was cellular service. "Ryan" showed up and saved me and my car. I thought I was going to die alone cold in the mountain.Sorry for late review and I thank you forever Ryan!Service: Car towing

Awesome service! Friendly drivers with useful information. They showed up before the time frame I had assumed it would take them. The driver was professional and friendly and couldn't had done a better more efficient job with my vehicle. I have heard stories of drivers doing more damage then the reason they came to help you on your vehicle but that was not the case for me. The driver was not rough or it appeared that he treated it as it was his own. I will defiantly be recommending Clackamas River Tow to others. You won't be disappointed.

I work for the company when I was working a lady ran a light and hit the truck messing up my back and now I have been feeling better so I have tried to talk to the owner and messenger him on fb now he is acting like I'm no buddy and all I was doing is trying to go back to work he can't even return a call like he said when I tried to talk to him in person and told him to call me and he said ok so now I got to take things further I didn't won't to but he bought it on his self because I get screwed by getting hit when working I hope no one else get injerd working for him because that is how you get treated
