Number 1, I would love to give them a 100 stars. They are up front what you need, for your vehicle. They are honest and they care. They did an awsome job, plus they got the moss or alge off my car. Which they did not tell me. This place is where you want to go, if you want something done go there. They will fix it right and tell you what else is going on. Wow! Great local shop with very reasonable prices! Took a little while to get on their schedule, but boy was it worth the wait! Outstanding service that came in UNDER my original price quote. Oakiedoak is my new go to!

This was the 3rd time taking a vehicle to Oakiedoak. My final bill has been lower than my estimate, which is awesome. They have great customer service and offer rides home & pickups. They also do quality work. I would definitely recommend.

My truck's water pump exploded, but thankfully right in front of their shop. The owner told me they could get it fixed for me next day. Less than 24hrs later, my truck is fixed for less than he quoted me, and I'm back to work. Couldn't recommend enough.

After a simple rear brake job, my Ford truck that worked perfectly before, now grabs like the breaks are binding when stopping, noises that it shouldn't make, & almost locked up on my other mechanic. Other mechanic saw that they OVERFILLED the brake reservoir, causing too much pressure on the brake lines & wheel cylinders, almost locking up on my spouse & I on the freeway, doing 65 mph. We could have been killed! These are by far, THE WORST MECHANICS WE HAVE USED~ IF they can't do a simple rear break job, they are completely incompetent. No one has gotten back to us from them, I left a message after hours, & now we have to have our "usual" mechanic, pick up the truck tomorrow, 2/4/23, & fix the issues. This will be costly & no one, especially DISABLED/ELDERLY (on a FIXED INCOME) customers, should have to deal with such ineptness! DO NOT take your vehicles to this auto shop EVER! Many in Elmira & Veneta, OR, who are management of ALL the stores, & people who have lived in Elmira all their lives & THEY know EVERYONE, are spreading the work about Oakiedoak & to NOT GO THERE! Most people in vicinity have told us themselves that they would never go back to these crooks. Further, we are making a complaint to the proper authorities, inc. the BBB, also telling all we know with back-up from those who have had their vehicles improperly repaired, causing MORE issues. We are talking about more than about 3/4 of the population of both towns, what Oakiedoak did to our truck & other peoples' vehicles. Now, we have to pay who knows what to our beloved mechanic, Bill Morrow of Morrow Mechanics in Veneta, who is picking up truck tomorrow on 2/4, to fix it. @ least we'll know with our mechanic, Bill, truck will be PROPERLY fixed & we will be SAFE! Left message for Oakiedoak last night on voice mail, but we've had no response from them. We all in Elmira & Veneta will make their name "mud", bc not only could we have been seriously hurt or killed, others have had the same experience. Word of mouth is POWERFUL! I will litigate if needed.

My wife & I got stranded on the way from Florence to Eugene and these folks, as busy as they were, were kind enough to get us right in to look at the issue. After they were done we were then able to drive back to Florence. Not sure what we would have done without them. They didn't have to do this but they did. I'd give them 100 stars if I could.Service: Auto maintenance
