We were on a trip, passing through Veneta when our car wouldn't start. It was a Saturday and no repair shops were open. We happened to be near an auto parts store that referred us to Bill Morrow saying that he might be working that day. We got in touch and were relieved to find that he was! We managed to get the vehicle to his location and we were back on the road within the hour. He was a lifesaver. I hope I never have to go back, but if I do, I know he'll do great work.

Bill is an amazing mechanic.
He came to my house got my car started enough to drive to his shop. He had my car fixed within 3 hrs, brought my car back so I could take him back to his shop.
He was so nice and obviously so honest and I rate him 100!
He will be my mechanic from now on.

Amazing service! Very friendly and honest. Didn't try talking me into using his services and referred me to the correct place to go. Also gave me useful information I didn't have before an the point in the right direction! Very thankful for the extra care an honesty that Bill takes to ensure your satisfaction and ease of mind! Took my car in for what showed up as an oxygen sensor, however after Dignostic reading was not, the problem just a dirty air filter. Bill call and explained the problem. Sure saved me a lot of money. I really appreciate his honesty. Will use him if

Bill and his apprentice were a lifesaver today! My serpentine belt broke last night and I have work in the morning. They were able to get me in for a home service call today and got it fixed for me. He even helped me diagnose my truck that had been running very rich. Super grateful for his work!

When I called on a Saturday to replace my battery, he had me come to his shop right away as I couldn't turn my car off without jump starting it.He had a battery in stock and had cables cleaned and battery replaced within an hour.He is very personable and I will definitely go to him in the future.

Came out to my house to pick up my car within 15 minutes of me calling.It was a simple repair but he got it done really fast and back to my house in a little more than an hour. Then he explained what I had done wrong and how to avoid it next time.Looks like I have a new mechanic.
