The staff is excellent. The service is top notch. The store in Eagle Point rocks.

I had the best experience with Aj Logan and Chloe they were the best help I’ve ever had at a cellular retail store. They provided great service and answered all my questions, gave me a ton of help and really took care of me on getting a new phone plan. I would highly recommend going into the eagle point Verizon store!

Was okay. All my information didn't download completely from my old phone to my new phone though causing some problems
