I would give the whole team (!) a 10 star rating if that would be an option. They truly care about their patients. Thanks so much. Keep up this outstanding work.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Went in for lab testing, very efficient. In and out in minutes. I wish they would get a second provider in office, then they could start accepting new patients again.

The rudest receptionist on the phone ended up hanging up on me at the end. Very disrespectful when that is the front face of your buisness

I have a complicated relationship with this office. We took my daughter here from her birth through her 2 year well child check. We recently switched to a new pediatrician. The front desk staff have always been wonderful. Kind and helpful, a little hard to get ahold of at times but pretty good at getting back to you. Most of the MA's are friendly and great with the kiddos. We did have a terrible experience with one MA. I spoke with the office manager regarding the incident and it was handled okay in my opinion. The manager was pleasant but I didnt feel a whole lo of (for lack of a better word) sympathy for the experience we had. Otherwise people were pleasant. We saw Dr. Mueller and if your kid is pretty straight forward medically, you are in phenomenal hands. She clicked with our family right away. Always made a point to connect with me and my husband as well as our daughter. She was quick to address any concerns we had for the first several months of our daughters life (and it was a lot). We began having problems with the care we were receiving around 6 months in. Our daughter became a bit of a medical mystery and we could not seem to figure out what was going on. Dr.Mueller was stile very compassionate towards the situation but just did not seem to have time to help us figure out what was going on.She seems to be the only pediatric provider in all of Eagle Point (as far as I can tell). While I'm sure that is great business for Providence, it does make it hard for her to be able to properly invest time in patients. When she is so overrun with kids needing help how can she possibly be investing everything that each kid needs into their care?We switched to a smaller office where a provider could give our daughter a little more but I still highly recommend her to anyone with kids who dont need more than general check u ps or the occasional sick visit because she is a wonderful doctor and person. I just think she could use more help and support.

In my opinion, every person that I have interacted with at my new doctor's office has been truly, unbelievably kind and easy to work with on the phone & in person. I met with Carla Morey P.A. for my initial visit and I could not have imagined a more kind and attentive care provider. She listened and made eye contact and was very engaged. So amazing in this day & age. The woman who answers the phone was so great, I can't remember her name, Melissa or Marissa, or it rhymed with that, sorry! I was running late due to a dead battery and I was expecting to be told if I was more than 15minutes late that I would have to reschedule! BUT INSTEAD, she said please be safe, drive carefully and not to worry. Wow, what a good person and her voice is so pleasant and reassuring. I am so impressed. I am so happy this is where I will be getting care.

Tried to charge me $1000 to establish care without insurance. The doctor I saw was fine, but as someone who has been a cash patient for a lifetime, this is the most unethical company I've ever dealt with. I'll be taking them to small claims court.

Today is National Doctors Day! I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the clinic employees and especially Dr. Timothy Muhonen and Carla Morey, fnp. The care we get is excellent and they are patient with my many questions! Thank you all! We appreciate you ☺️Frances and Howard Moggo

Since Covid started I've been to 4 different Providence locations. Each time I've asked (upon entering the building) to have them use my wrist to take my temperature. Out of the 4 locations (and a total of 7 visits) nobody had issues honoring my request. My first two visits to the Eagle Point location there was no issue. My last visit to that location, Alex had an issue and begrudgingly used my wrist and told me that next time I could not have it done that way. I do not understand why it was an issue and am hesitant to return to that location. She had to call me and her tone was rude. Otherwise the ladies in the office are great and I'm happy with my doctor.

Front office who are totally inept and a doctor who acts as though she doesn't really care, just going through the motions. The latest fiasco is sending my prescription to the wrong pharmacy.

Horrific. A pa who thinks she's a Dr. Never again. I complained to Oregon medical board and stock holders.

I scheduled an appointment for an exam. I wanted to establish a new doctor closer to home. Figured this was going to be my annual exam that my insurance covers. Then I get a bill in the mail. I check my EOB from insurance and it is listed as a type 1 diabetic exam, new patient exam. Apparently you can not have a physical exam with any providence doctors without having an initial patient exam. But they don't tell you this. On the phone they tell me you can schedule an appointment, but if something "comes up", they can bill it as something else. What! Not only that, they make calls telling you about appointments you should make, multiple times even after you tell them on the phone you went elsewhere. Some may think this is good, but when I get a call that I need to schedule a special eye exam I already told them that I had done elsewhere, they obviously are not paying attention.
