Sunday, May 27th I tried to send Flowers to Family in Central Point, Oregon. Most ads I found had same day and next day service but I could get not one florist of any kind to do next day delivery or same-day delivery. Their ads said they could but Ava‘s Flowers was the worst offender. They were rude and did not care That I would post that they did not keep their word and refused to send flowers even though it was guaranteed same day delivery. Shame on them !!!
“HEAVEN SCENT” was not only willing to do it, But Kristen agreed and was kind and very willing to make sure I was happy. Post Covid is a nightmare with regards to customer service. I’m so glad to see a company care about their customers both new and old. GOOD JOB HEAVEN SCENT flowers! Nice name too!

I called yesterday needing flowers sent to my aunt for her birthday, and I spoke with Ms.Debbie and she said she would put something together for me. I'm on the east coast, so I put my trust in her to make something absolutely amazing. And she delivered on that promise. The flowers are beautiful. If I were to come up with an arrangement myself, these would have been jt. Tha k you, Ms. Debbie. I will be happy to use you all in the future.

These florists are amazing!!! What a beautiful arrangement (picked the random florists choice) for the funeral and so helpful! I live in San Diego trying to get flowers to a service in time and they called for me figured out who it needed to go to and got it there in time! I can’t say how much it means to me with so little time I gave them, they were amazing in customer service - the arrangement - and local knowledgeThank you again ❤️?

This establishment had the warmest environment upon entering their shop. Once I collected myself after absorbing the aroma, the lady helped me and made very helpful and kind suggestions for additions to a bouquet. One of the nicest places I've been in the Valley. Expect to return there soon :^)

I live in Virginia and needed to send a bouquet of flowers to my parents. I looked at all the online flower ordering places and none of them had anything I liked available. I called Heaven Scent, gave her a budget and what kind of flowers I wanted in the arrangement. She made a STUNNING arrangement that ended up being even better than I had pictured. From now on I’ll be using Heaven Scent when I need to send flowers to family in the Valley.
