Helped me with a fee issue without making me feel bad or dumb, and made me feel cared for on a day where I was previously not feeling so much so.Been coming here for years, and while I cannot speak for anyone else, I can say: That every time I've gone in, I have been treated with dignity and respect, and care. It doesn't go unnoticed, and I just wanted to say thank you all again.

This chase ATM sucks. It would not disperse cash due to technical issues but it still debit it from the account. The bank teller told me I would have to file a charge dispute which could take a while.

This is the absolute worst chase location I have been to. I sat in the drive through for over 10 minutes because the lady in front of me and the lady working were as slow as molasses, which put it past 5:00. I know the lady in the window saw me and as soon as the person in front of me moved on she left the window and just like that she walked away and I wasn't helped. What a waste Of my time.

i had some someone hack my account and chase didn't help at all!!! and then when i wanted help to prosicute the person that did it oh we can't help you with that is all i heard well they will never get my business again

The Chase Bank out here in Eagle Point for the most part is a pretty good place to do business.Most of their employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and can help you get the transactions you need taken care of.The bank manager has recently changed, and we wish her the best getting everything organized for the holidays. Check them out!

I came in to ask for help and they wanted nothing to-do with it. They gave me a phone number to call. I'm sorry but you guys could of helped me. But the Manager wanted nothing to-do with it. Also when I asked to get my check cashed the girl wasn't in putting the info right so the manager like we'll dose she have the money in the bank lol yes I do . This really made me think I need to take my money and find a diff bank that will help and not be rude.

Hard to believe it, but I frankly make it a point to go to this branch because of the people there. They are all very friendly and helpful. I don't know how they remember folks, but you really feel like someone special when you walk in. Highly recommended.
