I went there about a year ago and I have recently been reminded of my terrible expirience here. My stylists name was Kendra, and she was god awful. Not only was she talking on the phone 80% of the time she was doing my hair (not work related), but she messed up my hair very badly and then made me pay for what she tried to fix. I wanted highlights on the top of my hair, and she seemed too agree with that and she started. She then went forward with bleaching every other streak of hair on my whole scalp. Not only did it look completely orange and TERRIBLE, It is not at all what I asked for. When she washed my hair, she did NOT even condition it after half of my head was bleached. Then when she blow dried it (again no conditioner) it was the most god awful color of orange. Then when I expressed how unhappy I was with it, she offered to fix the color so it didnt look quite so bad. So then she repeated the process (again no conditioning afterwards) and it didnt look as terrible, but it was still bad. I was very displeased. The worst part is when I went to pay, she charged me for fixing it!! I just paid the amount that was asked (no tip) and left because 5 hours in the salon made me late to an appointment. Overall Kendra was AWFUL. Marcella and tonya are completely different but I would never see kendra again.
