My husband has a military disability and has to stop every couple of hours when we travel. We stopped at the nice little combination coffee shop/ laundry so he could walk.When we tried to start back up, the truck wouldn't start. Even though they were super busy, a couple of guys stopped by on the way to another job. It was just air in the fuel line, which they took care of right away.A perfect Veteran's Day gift for a disabled vet on his way to see his grandson who just graduated from Marine boot camp in San Diego!

I have used Loughead's for a few years now and I've never had a bad experience - only very positive ones. I've used them for repairs, maintenance, towing, and lockout. Across the board I've had great service. Patrick is respectful and professional and does his best to educate me about my autos. The boys are awesome, always do a great job, and I fully trust them. Prices are reasonable considering parts and fair wages. Would recommend to anyone in the area - for any automotive need.

Our GMC Truck/camper/boat ran out of diesel of the road 7min outside of Drain OR. We called AAA and they sent a service rep from this shop. The guy was ALL in! He was friendly, funny, and lighthearted. He really took care of us and made sure we received the best service. They were quick to respond as well. Thanks for the rescue!

Chris and Ronnie came for AAA to tow my car to a repair shop from Cottage Grove to Eugene—there was a horrible scraping noise and I thought something bad had happened to the undercarriage. Chris looked under the car as I was bringing it out of the drive to make it easier to load on the tow truck. He found that it was a loose plastic skid plate hanging from one screw and scraping on the ground. So he unscrewed the other side and removed it. As you might imagine these guys are my heroes now—first because they thought to look and second that they took a couple minutes to fix it and saved me a LOT of trouble.

I’d like to start off by saying how thankful we are you helped with our situation. Longhead Automotive made a crazy situation so smooth from start to finish. Also I’d like to shoutout Aaron & Chris, they were a huge huge help. Not only did they make us feel a part of the family but got to share some memorable stories along the way. I cant thank this company enough. Late on a Saturday night, my son blew a tire along Hwy 38 as he was headed home to Portland. There was very little my husband and I could do being so far away, but try to talk him through the process (he had done it before but with another set of hands to help and this time he was on his own). His jack wasn't working properly, so I started calling roadside assistance. I was referred to Loughead's Automotive and Towing after calling several other roadside assistance company's only to be told they weren't servicing the area my son was in at that particular time. Laughead's was there within 15 mins, assisted with the rest of tire change, and my son was on his way back home. I even received a follow up call letting me know the tire change was done and he was back on the road. Wonderful people that truly care about their customers. I would highly recommend Loughead's Automotive and towing.

My aunt and uncle needed a tow from cottage Grove to jc so I called AAA and was told it would be a 2hr wait and it sure was there was a problem with the call being put in the system so the driver kevin finished what he was doing and came and got us. He's a very nice and polite guy and very attentive to what he was faced with and made a clean and fast drop off. Thanks again kevin.

These guys are the best! I would recommend them to anyone. My car broke down in Drain and I was 100 miles away from home. It was a very stressful situation but they really did help with making it easier for me. Wonderful people.

I was broke down on I5 and they were the only ones who took the call from AAA. Kevin was great!!! So nice, kind and friendly, he was very efficient. He had to drive a ways to come get me and I so appreciate his help. I highly recommend them!!!!! Thank you so much Kevin

My car was towed from my home to an auto shop outside of Eugene. Half a tank of gas in the car. When it arrived at the auto shop, they said it was bone dry. Somewhere between my home and the auto shop, half a tank of gas went missing. Hmmmm. No issues with any sort of gas leak. The fuel was stolen and siphoned from my car. The driver was Kevin.

Kevin is the best! My poor elderly ford broke down outside of Albany. AAA dispatched lougheads towing and kevin quickly got me hooked up and home all the way to cottage grove safely and professionally. Thank you, kevin!

Thanks to Patrick Loughead and his crew for the prompt help with my sealed very dead battery in my Kia soul. They had to special order a replacement and installed it asap, for a fair price, and got the job done! This is the 3rd time they've helped me. Every time has been a very good experience.
