Post office releases packages to strangers without verifying identification. And there resolution is only “i don’t know what to tell you”

I usually don’t enjoy trips to the post office, because of long waits, but I am in and out of this place within 5 minutes. They have great customer service and don’t mind looking up the cheapest or fastest way to send a package if needed. The guy at the counter is always very friendly.
