I really enjoy our DB post office, the team takes the time to help us with our postal needs and also are so sweet to our 1.5 year old. They the time to give her a book and practice ASL with us. We are grateful to our local post office.

Let's see here. I can put a 70-cent stamp on a letter and send it to New York. Considering that it's about 3000 miles away. That isn't too bad of a deal.

I was mailing a post card for an elementary school project and they kindly offered to hand stamp. That was a nice touch!!

It's amazing amount of work they do here, often with just two people! In a town with no mail delivery, basically two staff are delivering - sorting mail to and from everyone including Amazon, in and out of dozens of PO Boxes and temporary holding boxes in the lobby back and forth, meanwhile providing walk-in customer service to many that come into this central town hub! Then usually patiently, dealing with the uncertainty of humankind and the bureaucratic USPS regulations and policies! Thanks guys!

The employees here have excellent customer service skills - and in the world today, there are very few businesses where the staff are helpful and willing to go above and beyond when you have a problem and need help - this is definitely one of the few! To Mike, Sue Joaquin and Brandon : Thanks for all you do!!

These people open and read your mail! I have proof. If they’re so concerned about ‘the rules’ i.e. media mail…. Then why weren’t they wearing masks during the Governor’s Covid mask mandate…. These people cannot be trusted. Do not use them to mail anything of value. Go to Newport or Lincoln City.

On 12/3 I went to the post office and a letter sent via certified mail. On 12/10 it was received in Denver and says “in transit.” On 12/18 I called the post office and asked why it was taking so long and they said they will have to mark this as a lost package and do additional research and investigate it further. I was told by Brandon I would receive a call back later on in the day with an update.I called back at 4:30 on 12/18 since I had not received any further information. I was told they were extremely busy, and it wasn’t ‘top priority‘.I then asked when a supervisor or manager was in the building again and asked to speak with one that could help me because my package was externally important since it’s taken over 16 days. I was given an excuse “they are out on delivery in Lincoln City” then he hung up on me.I had to call back an additional 4 times for him to finally tell me when a manager would be working.I work retail and I am upper management. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS. Also don’t ever tell someone you will call them back if you don’t have intentions to.Happy Holidays Depoe Bay Post office you’ve ruined mine.

On 12/19 the store manager called me back and I missed her call. I called and Brandan answered the phone saying a rude remark "are you going to drop the 'F Bomb' on me again?" "Are you gunna be mean and snarky?" "Well I'm not going to help you and I hope your package is lost" So rude. I hope the store manager does something about this...

Very helpful and friendly staff! However, despite it being a very small post office there's a very large amount of mail going to and through there, could really help the citizens and even more the staff to hire one or two additional workers.

The post person drives a bigger car than I do. But I have to go get a large package myself. This is worst post office in the United states. Lame as hello get a clue. They screw up every Amazon delivery. Way later than fed ex or ups. They need new drivers and new management. Just went into the office rude service. Two lady's wanted a piece of tape for an envelope he tried selling tape telling them they need revenue. Lame! The package they would not leave at my house was not that big. The staff needs to be fired and replaced. Horrible service. Dont even deserve one star. The white haired guy needs to pull his head out of his @/S. What a j**** And on the drivers part it's all about being lazy why did I have to drive into town for a small Amazon delivery. Hello your SUV is got more room than my Honda accord. Complete laziness leave a package on top of the mailbox on a showery day. Tesla nice. On 5 16 19. Walk a few feet lazy mail person.
