I purchased a new fuel pump from the website, the better of the 2 pumps listed. After installing it on my Spitfire and starting the engine, gas started flooding from the carburetors! I checked the fuel pressure and found it was 10 psi at idle! It should be no more than 3 psi. I emailed British Parts NW and was asked by Kye Erickson to send a picture of the pump and they would issue a credit. I sent a picture but didnt hear back from them after a few days, so I emailed them again and got a reply asking again to send a picture and they would send a refund. I replied saying the picture was in the email below. I then received another email asking " Do you have a photo of the pump damaged?". I told him that it wasnt damaged, but puts out too much pressure. He replied "Send the pump back and we will issue a refund". I asked for an RMA number for the return and received an email with just the RMA in huge letters!!! Not very happy about the service here, the page I purchased the pump says "100% Satisfactory Guarantee".Update from me after response from seller.I did send a photo of the pump when first asked, please check the email. Its not damaged, it pushes too much pressure!!

I placed an order for a rear leaf spring. I got NO order confirmation notification or E-Mail, however I noticed the money had been drawn from my account. I called a day or two later, and inquired if my order was even received and explained that I had not gotten any kind of acknowledgment. I was told they were having trouble with their computers, but my order had been received and would ship soon. Since then NO communication. No shipping info. or tracking info. Silence even after voicing my concern. I have no Idea when it will arrive. OH Well, just have to wait and see, I guess. Hope the part is as advertised. Would hate to deal with a return....

My need for a vintage part wasn't for a vintage vehicle as I have been on the hunt for a very specific type and size light bulb that fits my antique Italian sewing machine (1953 Necchi BU Mira) - several other places advertised that their bulbs fit my machine but no, they did not sadly. So, I ordered a bulb from British Parts NW and it fit perfectly! I just ordered a few more to keep on hand so I don't go through another hunt again. Thank you British Parts NW!

I cannot say enough good things about British parts NW. I'm in the middle of a TR3 Rebuild. Their prices are very competitive, and the customer service is outstanding. I had some figure of 8 gaskets get bent in shipping and they immediately shipped express mail some new ones to me. I had an install go wrong on a main seal and they helped me figure out how it went wrong and promptly helped me get new parts so my rebuild would not be delayed. They are always great about answering questions and going above and beyond. I have bought thousands of dollars of parts from them over the years, and I am very pleased with all of them. All very high quality, great service and fast shipping. You will not go wrong buying from these guys. A great asset to British car owners in the United States.
