Update 11/26/23: the store seems to have stopped this policy, so I’m updating my review.Employees at the store mark almost every sewn-in clothing tag, and the bottoms of bigger products, with letters in permanent marker. They say this is to indicate the price of items in Roman numerals so people can’t switch out tags. However, this greatly reduces the likelihood a product will continue in the circular economy. This isn’t an eco-friendly decision at all and actually could be reducing sales since people won’t easily be able to re-gift or re-sale items once done with them. Items look of lower quality with this practice and I could see this deter if people from wanting to use them. This needs rethought, as so much of what’s donated to goodwill already doesn’t get bought.

I had this wonderful cashier , named Esmeralda , she went above and beyond to help me around the store as I am new to the area. I couldn’t ask for a better cashier , I’ll definitely be back and let my friends know, and it’s because of Esmeralda.

Sky high prices (ie. there was a nice bag for $90 in a case - it was $99 new online from the brand) and merely ok stuff? Yep. I shouldn't be so mean, really, it is super clean. Annoyingly clean, like the manager is insane kind of clean. I tried something on outside the dressing room (yes, the dressing room is open) after glancing in there for a mirror and the attendant came out of the area to stare at me while I replaced it. The worst and getting even more terrible.

I was there before the official Grand Opening, and there was already plenty of people there. A friend of mine went the following week and we both thought the same thing, it was okay. Not GREAT or Super, nothing to get too excited about. They had 2 cashiers and a line of about 4, not terribly long of a wait so that was good.

The Goodwill store in the area has many quality items for sale at reasonable prices. I remember eons ago the goodwills had the worst smells. This has changed a lot.

Had a bad experience with an Employee she was a chasher she wouldn't stop watch me through our my shopping experience. I said hello to another Employee. And she barked at them. I refuse to step in this store intill something is done. this cashier was rude, I was apolled with her attitude. She had a ponytail with blond whiteish hair with glasses. She was working the register by the fiting room door. 2/21/23

Older gray hair female cashier was rude!!! She has a problem on NOT handing the change back to you. My hand was out and she place it down on the counter like that was okay. Hmmm my hand was out NOT to shake hands with you! So should I throw the money at you or on the floor?

First the Good review Lots of great items name brand purses new with plastic Clothing shoes jewelryThe negativeIfirst time I went interested in buying a entertainment center an employee who looked very zoned out instead of speaking up the employee mumbled as he turned away from me I couldn't understand I decided not to purchase due to employee behavior of mumblingI did buy thermal gloves which have a started fray @seemsUnfortunately the cashier was quite unhelpful
