We recently moved to Dallas, we saw a list of internet providers we chose one. I tried to download my Xbox games, it was taking days to download games. I got a flyer in the mail for willamette valley fiber with a great offer for 1000gps. I set up installation. The crew that came our were friendly and professional. They quickly set up our service. I signed on and tested out their service. I downloaded my 63 gb game in a half hour. We are so pleased we switched and would recommend willamette valley fiber to everybody.

We ditched Centurylink for Willamette valley fiber and will never look back! Fantastic customer service, no hidden fees, and our internet is night and day better than what we had. Plus we are saving money on top of what we used to pay! We are extremely happy with the switch!

It is incredibly refreshing to have a locally-operated ISP. Every time I've ever needed to call them for customer service (which is incredibly rare) I immediately reach a customer service representative who is incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Each time they have upgraded their packages to higher speed tiers, we have been upgraded automatically - no need to call and beg for whatever new deal they are running. We do have occasional downtime on the service, but not any more often than I remember when we were on one of the national ISP networks, and the downtime has never lasted more than a couple hours.Dealing with Comcast and/or Century Link used to be such a pain, WVF is a better company to work with by a huge margin.

Best internet in town, the speeds are phenomenal, the service is stable and I've yet to have it for down since becoming a customer.The pricing seems fair, their techs are friends, quick, and clean. The customer service is the best and. I love that I can walk into a physical location and get friendly customers service anytime I need something, such as moving a line or more plume routers!

WVF office is a great local company, the services are so reliable! My whole family swears by them. Such wonderful representatives work there, too. The local office is very easy to find and everyone is so approachable and helpful. Highly recommended!!
