I couldn’t have asked for better service. We were waiting on insurance to determine liability for a long time and they helped me to wait patiently (knowing I was not at fault helped) and kept moving as much as they could on the repairs, rental car help, encouragement! My car looks brand new (well, except for that unrelated scratch!) inside and out. I am 100% satisfied and will go to them without question if I ever need to again (please no!)

I’ve waited a while to write this because I was mad and hurt really. I’ve used Whites Collision for many years and up to now they have always done me right. Recently I took my bug that I just purchased a couple of months ago from my best friend, in for some body work. Amanda took good care of me. I was given a quote, a loaner, the normal stuff. After about a week and a half, left a message for a call back on progress. When I did receive a call maybe a week later, it was from the owner telling me that the car had a custom paint job and that the insurance company would not cover to have it painted. I agreed to having them go ahead and paint it white. My understanding, was that he was going to paint my whole car white, not just parts of the front and one back fender. When I called the day I got it back, to inform them that the car was two different colors, I left a message, and had to call back. The owner got on the phone and told me that, he specially told me that he was going to paint the car that way,. When I told him how disappointed I was, and who would agree to have their car painted two different colors, There was, no, how can I work with you to make this better, Nothing… it was sorry call your insurance company!
Not only that!! They kept my car for 23 days. My insurance only paid for 18 and when called Amanda on about day 16, she told me that she would straighten it out and not to worry and again, when I returned the car, she again told me she would take care of it. They didn’t. I ended up paying for the additional days.
Not only that!! They didn’t fix all the damage to my car and when I told the owner that, he told me to call my insurance company.

I took my car to Whites after I was hit in a parking lot. They did a great job communicating updates of their progress. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed working with them and they made this headache so much easier. Amanda is so kind and helpful, make sure you go see her.

I highly recommend White’s! They were absolutely amazing. My car looks brand new. Amanda went the extra mile in helping me understand the process and the timeline, answered all my questions and took the stress completely out of this situation.

White's performed exactly as they said they would. The body work makes it look like new. The paint match as close to perfect as I've seen. No discernable difference in old and new paint.

They did a great job. The area they repaired looks brand new. The car is quite a few years old and they matched the paint on the repaired area perfectly with the existing area.

Great repair and body shop, car looked brand new when finished. Timeline of repairs a little confusing as to time of completion, but all questions were answered and explained.

A rear bumper/fender bender made whole again -- The replacement was pre-scheduled. Once parts were in, we got the call and had the car back within 24 hours. They told us what they would do, they did it, and I'm now telling you. Very good job.

The entire process was flawless. Amanda and the staff were very kind and helpful. They even gave me a ride home. My rig was fixed up beautifully and extremely timely! They also vacuumed my car out and it's so beautiful and clean. Thank you White's. You always do outstanding work!
