Manager Brandon was beyond MAGNIFICENT. He helped set up my phone for flight I’ll be taking soon. I would have been stuck at home without his help. Friendly/Helpful/Spectacular Service.

Brandon the store manager seemed great at first I got a phone from him and set up an accountFast forward 2 weeks later I went in today to purchase an Apple Watch and granted he was busy as it was jam packed but he eventually got to me. Once he did I asked to get the Apple Watch 9 he told me that was not in as it was a pre order so I said the 8 would be fine. He looked up my account and started to get irritated for some reason. And just said “you know man the vibe is off and you really don’t know what you want so I’m gonna have to refuse service and you can take it up with corporate” and then proceeded to ask me to leave. I did as I did not want to make a scene after he just humiliated me in front of a store full of people.I ended up going back later that day to ask why I was being refused service and he told me that “I just can refuse service to anyone I want” and I then asked if I offended him he then said “no nothing like that you are just being refused service bye have a nice day” then he laughed at me as I walked out.Will definitely be cancelling my services with Verizon this was the worst experience I’ve had at a Verizon store. Brandon is not a good guy. Seems like he gets off on being rude and power tripping.

I'm an idiot and I'm not the best with electronics. I had a really simple fix for my phone charging, Kirby, the technician could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge but he didn't. It took him every bit of 3 minutes to fix my issue and there was no charge. My next phone purchase will be from here!

We had a very positive experience. The employee was the only person there so he had to help several of us and he was very nice and helpful and knowledgeable of everything!

Stephen was very nice, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. It was a great experience. It was so much smoother than when we traded in phones through Verizon, over the phone, 2 1/2 years ago.

The wait time is ridiculous, one person working is not enough, everyone seems genuinely nice and helpful. But I’m order to ask 1 question, the wait time like at least 30 mins or more. Also the associates don’t great you or just let you know you will be helped any time soon.

Chase, helped my Husband and I at the Dallas, OR store. We got new Google Pixel 7 Pros. Chase was amazing! Answered all of our questions, recommended items, he thought of what we would need even before we asked for it. He made the experience very pleasant, pain free and we had complete confidence in him! We will be going back to set up one more line on our family plan, and I hope we get Chase when we go in!
