About three months ago I got a used car and took it in to Car Doctor to get my AC fixed, oil changed, and to see why I had a check engine light. Something that was supposed to take two days turned into two weeks, which is okay because I understand things get backed up and things happen. However when I come back to get my car, absolutely none of those things previously mentioned were done. Things I did not ask for were done to my car while my AC was still not working and my check engine like was still on. They gave me back my car when they should not have and when it was dangerous for me to be driving. I take my car back, they have it for three weeks (after they kept giving me a pickup date that I would show up to at 6am just for my car to not be ready) and once again I get it back with the same problems, but was being charged 6,000 dollars. The level of miscommunication and unprofessionalism is just absurd. I take it back again since they supposedly knew what was wrong with my AC and check engine light. They have it once again for weeks (we are now at about two months) and I get it back and my AC is finally working after they changed a billion other things in my car that didn’t really need changing. Don’t get me wrong there were plenty of things that ended up NEEDING to happen to my car but most of the things changed were not that case. Now my check engine light was still on so I had brought it back to be fixed three different times (they kept giving it back unfixed and the last time I brought it in they did not even check) and then finally another 700 dollars later they say its fixed, make us pay, and sure enough it comes right back on. They don’t answer my calls, whenever I or my dad asks to speak to someone they conveniently are out sick or on a family emergency EVERY time. This business is so unbelievably out of order and unprofessional. When I got my car back for the first time there was fries on my floor and sauce spilled (obviously not from me) and water bottles left in my car. I have felt nothing but disappointment taking my car here. It has just been an unnecessary money pit and I will not ever have the misfortune of bringing my car here again.

Overall, I got what I paid for and that’s what matters. It’s a 3.5-4 star because communication was lacking. I’d get texts& emails with new quotes, but It was tough to get someone on the phone to break down what was going on. Also, my car was done for a day and a half before I knew I could come get it and had to wait 5til next day when open again. I will applaud their breakdowns with pictures and thorough notes, that is helpful as I’m a visual girly, but I would have them call more and leave short voicemails about what the call is for, if it’s quote or if car is done and just be willing to take that time. Especially with the quotes. I accidentally agreed to another in depth check that I thought was the original search and ended up paying more than I thought because I didn’t understand the quote email and checking boxes. My grandpa raved about this place and I’m glad I got the breakdowns and quotes. I think they do solid work, but need a bit more organization/help with communication on customer end. :) they get booked out quite a ways, so I’d recommend calling and hearing their openings before driving there.

This place is a joke. I called them to do some basic work, they claimed they could do it. Though when I showed up I was told that they were having a bad week, they’re way behind on stuff so most likely not going to be able to do it and that I should go to somewhere where they specialize in what I needed done. No what should have happened is, hire someone that knows what they are talking about that answers the phone. Instead of waste someone’s time driving over to them just to find out that they couldn’t do the work, that they claimed they could the night before!! Waste of time don’t go here!!!!

The staff was very helpful and the mechanic that worked on my car made sure that I knew exactly what they had found with my car and what it was going to take to fix it and made sure he explained everything so I knew what exactly would be involved in getting everything done I have a appointment with them next week to get the work done I will definitely use this shop again if I need work done in the future
