On August 7th at 920pm the only attendant chit chatted with a girl in a pickup for the entire time she was filling . He ignored me and to more cars that pulled up while she got $100 worth of gas. I was next. Skipped me and moved on. Poor service.

It's really to bad that a nice store has such HORRIBLE customer service. Just in the last couple months the checker or customer service person are rude and gives the customer a "lecture " when asked a question. An elderly friend has a flip phone and is unable to clip the deals. She asked if there is away a supervisor could giver her the sale price. You would have thought she asked both the checker and supervisor to cut off their right arm. McMinnville store was accommodating but every time Dallas store makes you feel bad for asking. We had strawberries that went bad in 2 days so we were going to the store anyway so I took them back, Dallas had a fit because they were originally purchased in McMinnville. We were told that we need to take them back to the original location. We live outside of both locations so we go to the one that we have other errands to do in that town.Give the sales price on all items and do always with this darn online clipping crap!!! There are other options (stores) like Winco and Grocery Outlet that we could save more money.

The service attendants always have a smile. Attendants zoom from car to car to get you out quickly. Only place I fuel up my diesel truck in dallas.

During the day they have great service, HOWEVER, when I went to fill my tank at 10:25pm no attendant came out to greet me…despite being able to see them inside. Both employees were at the desk completely ignoring me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt (perhaps they didn’t see me or were in the middle of a conversation) but after waiting for 5 minutes the extend kept her back facing the doors so I went to 7 star instead. The employees at 7 star was amazing attending to everybody there! If Safeway isn’t doing it for you I recommend seven star. Very disappointed in the Safeway attendant because I double checked their hours and it wasn’t even 30 minutes before closing yet.

After the morning shift the service people get worse and worse. Go early in the morning or avoid going altogether.

I go to safeway often and your app is horrible. My mother is old, she doesnt know how to use apps. Many old people dont have any idea how to use a smart phone so they cant get the digital deals. it feels like you are prejudice against old people and hate them. They need savings more than most and it feels like you punish them with your apps that are too complex for them. Its not the store, its your horrible evil app.
