What’s the point in having a pharmacy number if you never answer the phone. It just rings or plays hold music over and over and over again. Also your pharmacist has an attitude. Don’t be mad at me because you hate your life dude. I just need my meds. And Rite Aid don’t just suggest for me to contact your customer support. Read the reviews. This has been going on for far too long. Fix it rather than forcing your customers to reach out and waste their time with your support team.

Just took 3 months of the incorrect dose of an RX bc this pharmacy doesn’t know how to properly read or fill prescriptions. And have repeatedly filled the wrong prescription lately. Despite my doctor sending with orders ‘do not substitute’ they have been routinely substituting with whatever they fill like it. This happens every single month and apparently changing the dose which I didn’t realize until I had labs done after being on the wrong dose for three months- they just filled part of the first rx initially. Does no one answer the phone, ever?Is there just never any sense of urgency? There is ONE very sweet and kind lady that works in the pharmacy, and I truly enjoy when she is there. I wish I could remember her name to praise her personally here. The rest of the pharmacy employees look absolutely miserable, and terribly inconvenienced. What is going on?

The pharmacist was amazing to me, patiently explaining how I needed to proceed with my insurance company. Unfortunately, however, this was the best that it got. There is a woman that works the pharmacy window that has the personality of a wet sponge. She is in a CUSTOMER SERVICE position, people...clearly the wrong job for her. The other thing is that they NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE. I have a new scrip my doctor submitted, but I get ZERO texts letting me know it's been filled, nor will they answer the phone. Wow. This pharmacy sucks.

27 minutes on hold for a question about an item. Had enough time to finish walking my dog around the neighborhood while enjoying the sweet tunes. Currently sitting at my computer while still on hold typing this. 28 minutes... 29 minutes... I live an hour away and could probably make it to the store before they get back to me at this rate. 30 minutes... 31 minutes... 32 minutes...

Excellent store in Dallas Oregon ..very clean and tidy ..very excellent informed team in the pharmacy so very helpful and I loved all of the clerks in the store everyone was helpful I was surrounded by caring people in many ways... Fast accurate service with lots of information and very clean

I've never used this pharmacy, always used Highschool Pharmacy in Independence and they've been great. I don't need to use this pharmacy to see how abundantly clear how horrible it is. It's unfortunate that the majority of people seeing these reviews, are likely the ones leaving them after already mistaking Rite Aid as an optional pharmacy. Due to the extensive lack of management over such a long time, I myself wanted to contribute to its reputation.

I wish they would stagger their lunch break instead of closing the whole pharmacy in the middle of the day.Other than that Cindy and many of the other pharmacist workers are very kind. I like the plant and makeup options here.

Doesn't fill your whole prescription or won't have it. They didn't have basics as test strips for diabetics. If you call, be prepared for the phone to ring 47 times to hopefully get a pick up. Do not choose this pharmacy. You have better luck driving to Salem and back.

Im disappointed with ALL the pharmacy's in this town, including RiteAid! As a former customer to the Pill Box I ultimately followed several staff to this RiteAid hoping for a better experience than the other local options & although I continue to value the more positive employees… It’s unfortunate that RiteAid doesn’t have the same quality of policy, procedures, communication & medication availability for local residents. If you are ill and need to talk to the pharmacy, rather than going in & exposing employees and local residents… Expect to have over 1 hour holds on the phone & that’s if, IF it even goes through. As a family we have experienced weeks and at times multiple months without maintenance medication. It’s extremely clear that staff are over worked and/or are simply not following through with inquiries.

Used to be great for getting medications, but lately they are out and have no eta of when meds will be ready.When they do come in, you do not have any idea as they do not call, text or notify you of such even if you have communication set up.

I hate this place I would not recommend this place at all. I had to wait like half an hour to get my meds. I would not recommend this place at all. Go to Walmart pharmacy or something.

I kept driving there for my milk thistle herb I kept being told it would be there tomorrow well tomorrow never came so I waited a week they assured me it was there and it wasn't them u called the manager and he hung up on me some place I will never ever deal with them again from what I hear in the news they filed for a chapter 11
