We needed to replace a wiper blade that was broke during an ice storm. While I was getting the broken wiper off the sales associate noticed and had the parts numbers written down when I came inside. I was quickly able to pick the one I wanted and check out. As I was putting my wiper on the sales associate even came out to help a female customer who wouldn't have been able to fix her broken wiper. Great customer service.

The two men that helped me were very rude. I felt that they were condescending. Probably because they make minimum wage. I will take my business elsewhere. I left and went to Les Schwab and was treated like a Queen.
