Part 2 of 2--of Alonzo's post
Gatti Law Firm who is representing my mother for her injuries in the accident recommended traditional Auto Body West Salem who was reluctant to take the vehicle at first because there was no paperwork, we couldn’t get no paperwork, and they still won’t answer their phones from this Collision Center….Traditional Auto Body eventually took my truck, they are extremely professional, gave me paperwork up front of what was expected and still has it to this day giving me regular and consistent updates, I just learned yesterday that they found a major break in the core support framing of this vehicle that was never even talked about and they cannot figure out what this Collision Center actually did in this vehicle as it’s missing several items, found more broken parts and things are missing or still broke. They have now been authorized by the other person at fault insurance company to finish the repairs… after that they move it to the electrical shops and another location to try to figure out why several electrical things are not working.
I have no words, I hope nobody else takes their vehicle there as it could cost you or a loved ones life…….I have learned from several other auto body shops in the area that Kameleon Collision used to be a reputable establishment but once a certain mechanic left it is not a place you want to take your vehicle.
I’m not a person that writes reviews or gets butt hurt because I didn’t get my way but this is next level,, owing to make this situation even better while I was in the first rental vehicle for three and a half months and turned it in somewhere along the line I picked up a dent in the side costing me $4,750 through Enterprise Vehicles yes my deductibles only 500 but on top of everything else this does not help, how did I fail to mention that I received that $4,750 bill two and a half months later and right after I was put back into a second rental vehicle through Enterprise……. A simple, “ take your truck somewhere else, we cannot help you, we are not as good as we once were, seek life elsewhere or we lost interest”.. would have worked for me. But having me have to drive down there no one qualified to print the paperwork that is taking place the owner's husband telling me she will be back on Monday when she’s not the reindeer games refuse to return a phone call and they will not answer that phone to the point establishments around them get phone calls wanting to know if anybody’s actually there……. Forces me to have to do a second review I’ve ever done in my life and to ask the one final question one more time,,,,

Ashton Kutcher from Punk'd .... where are you, enough is enough!!!!
at this point the only Justified answer for what is taking place and still taking place is, this must be the show, "Punk'd".
9 months ago I picked up my mother and was bringing her back to Dallas for her birthday and was hit in Newburgh, it was the other driver's fault smashed in the front of my Ford F-350, I picked Kameleon Collision Center to have repairs done since it was close. I was in a rental vehicle paid for by the other person's at fault insurance. while repairs are being made I was repeatedly told that they were waiting on parts, which I have learned later from others, that is a standard answer from this business. Eventually I was told three and a half months later that they needed to wrap it up and Progressive insurance company was taking me out of the rental vehicle, I was told by this Collision Center that they were just waiting on a bumper, when I arrived to pick up my truck, I immediately noticed the temporary bumper was hanging partially off and was not secure. The owner herself and two of her mechanics walked around the vehicle with me as I pointed out issues, some being worse than before the accident. Not only was the bumper not secure, I now had electrical problems, no lights behind the dash, the gas gauge now randomly read the wrong gas levels, the rear view mirror was Loosely hanging with the assembly around it, the metal trim that have been put back on was spray painted with a cheap Chrome spray paint and obvious, the left front headlight assembly was loose, the rear hatch to my Tonto cover one side a jar and won't latch, missing a mud flap, the front right fender assembly around the the tire was painted in such a fashion you could clearly see it did not blend into the rest of the paint, I was given a few electrical items and a camera that they said they removed that was not necessary...., they refused to answer their phones or return messages, forcing me to go to their shop at least seven different times to try to get an idea of when they're going to complete the work.... again waiting on parts... mechanics saying the owner will be in different days when they weren't and the show gets better......
As I was driving back to Portland on I-5 passing Aurora Oregon I thought I'd been hit again right side of the vehicle loud smashing sounds look like debris flying from around the vehicle, made my way over to the very shallow Side Lane on the shoulder of the highway and when I got out of the vehicle trying not to get hit by passing vehicles with no room, I found that on the right side of my truck the metal trim that went around the tire well had come loose and was beating the side of the truck up I also found that it was being held on by zip ties yes plastic zip ties, I cut my palm on accident trying to get the zip ties off as I still had to go to Portland and brought that trim back to the shop to show them the following day and with no apology, no verbal or physical body language signs that they've done anything wrong, the mechanic actually said well yeah the other side was held on by a zip tie, which we walked over and saw it was a metal clip which came with the hardware....
as there was no closure from them on this happening it almost appeared that he thought it was funny in a way which was completely opposite of anything you would think someone who you just told who did the work on your vehicle almost got you in another wreck....
They were okay with risking people's lives by not finishing work and using zip ties again the owner avoided any contact or return calls.....
