“I am someone who appreciates when things go smoothly and believes in highlighting businesses that are really customer focused. With that in mind, I wanted to share a recent positive experience getting an auto loan with FCCU.
I had initially applied for membership and an auto loan at a great promotional rate, and I really appreciated that Natcha reached out right away to let me know the promo was ending the next day and that I would need to get paperwork done ASAP if I wanted to lock in that rate. Unfortunately, since my car wasn’t available yet, I wasn’t able to complete the process to secure the rate.
A few weeks later, when my car was finally available, the promo had expired, but FCCU’s standard rates were still the most competitive I could find. I had originally planned to finance through the dealership, but when their financing unexpectedly fell through, I called FCCU. They processed my loan in under 30 minutes, and I was able to sign everything at my local branch, where they were expecting me, that evening—still making it to the dealership in time to pick up my car.
Natcha and Riah were especially helpful, making the process simple and efficient. I really appreciated their knowledge and responsiveness. And, I was able to take home a First Community piggy bank for my daughter, which was a nice touch.
Overall, I highly recommend FCCU for auto financing, and I’ll definitely continue banking with them in the future.”
