“There has been some turnover through the years, but most of the time I kind of feel like family going to Gill's Point-S. Paul called my V8 Volvo "The Beast". He also spoke with me about what was going on with it, answered questions, & didn't treat females like idiots. This has continued under the management of Katelyn, who, along with David, have done a super job working me into their schedule, as well as seeing to the needs of the friends I have referred to them. And I have confidence that when the Beast needs work done in the future, it will be done to the high standards that I have come to equate with Point-S. AND, this is the only place I have ever had my car worked on where I was given an estimate, but when the work was done only had to pay a fraction of the original estimate. I will keep coming back. And just in case you're wondering, they are ALWAYS better than Les Schwab.”
“My old Chevy Tahoe broke down years ago on my way home from Sunriver & they fixed it & got me back on the road in only a few hours.
Fast forward to last week. My girlfriend & her kids were on their way to Sunriver & her Nissan Armada broke down in Madras. I told her to have it towed to Mark’s Auto because of my past experience with them. And once again they were awesome. They fixed her car the next morning & for a very very low price. Very honest & they didn’t take advantage of the situation like I think a lot of repair shops would have. It’s good to know there are still honest auto repair shops out there.

“My note below has no personal agenda or motive other than my two month search for 2022 Silverado lead me to Madras Oregon Gary Gruner Chevrolet dealership. Chevrolet's online inventory tool gives limited information from transit arrival estimates to availability of any of the trucks. 25 online pages later I came across Silverado I was looking for. As I sent inquiry to dealership in Madras Oregon I actually never thought I would get an answer for days. I was proven wrong. Not only did I receive response same day truck was available. Salesman Robert and I talked a couple of times starting the purchase process. Then to make it even more convenient we used text. When I arrived Wednesday from Seattle I was immediately greeted and as Robert assured me he was ready with the documents and 30 minutes later I was out the door in my new Silverado truck. “Food was very good and choices are ample. Food came out quickly and was hot. People were friendly and came around asking if we needed anything. They were very happy to get anything we needed. Dining room was clean, comfortable and well cared for. Only suggestion for the size of the dining room there were only two stalls in the women's restroom. The restroom was clean. Three are fewer restaurants in that area so it is especially helpful.”

Despite being very busy, they were able to fit us in, diagnose the problem, go to another shop to pick up the replacement part, and get us on our way within 2 hours. Awesome customer service!
