“This place is AMAZING for shipping, mailbox rentals, copies, everything they offer. Of course every small business has limitations, these aren't flaws of the business.The complaints also seem ridiculous; "more than one document notarized" probably means they had 10 mortgage documents that were not prepared (I've seen it firsthand doing business here for years)"Racist" when this place is all inclusive and welcoming to all people, even those who don't do business there.'Notarized me document is a language you can't read' - despite the Oregon Secretary of State prohibiting that.The smell - really? It smells great in there.Come on now. Instead of complaining, find a solution for yourself and move on.If they don't offer a service you need, remember that you're an adult and have means of finding who does.I'll keep giving my business here!”

“i went to pick up a package thatd i’d been waiting on for a while and i had called and the lady on the phone was so nice and she even called me back right when the package got delivered. she was there when i went to pick it up i didn’t get her name but she has long blonde hair and was super duper helpful. i vote her employee of the month she was so helpful and made my day.”
“If there's an office in the area doing their level best with the small staff they have available, it's this one. The last two weeks of trying to track down my passport through an address change have been an absolute nightmare, and if it wasn't for these general staff and their leadership going *well* out of their way to help me with tracking it down and calling other post offices for me to save me gas, I might not have been able to attend my sister's wedding; we were crying thinking I wouldn't get to go, but because of y'all, I can. An especially loud shout out to the kind gentleman with the pristinely manicured curls -- sir, you were the biggest, brightest star in all of it. Thankyouthankyouthankyou!”

“Whenever I have to ship out a package this is the place I go. Friendly staff, you can print out shipping labels, they even custom pack things for you. One of the best parts is that they give you the lowest price possible. They have international shipping including domestic for carriers. The carriers are as included USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.”

“Let's ignore the (sometimes) very long line and concentrate on the friendly, respectful staff at the counter. My last visit definitely merited 5 stars, but there wasn't a line, so I'm already in a good mood before getting service. Staff member, Tim, was as usual efficient, friendly and helpful. The USPS is unusual in the US. It's not owned and operated to benefit corporate greed. It's a service that should be cherished and appreciated.”

“Had a package mislabeled and delivered to the wrong address. Upon calling and telling the gentleman what happened he went and searched for my package and retrieved it for me and called me back to say he had it at their facility for me to pick up! I’m so excited! Thank you to the man who went out of his way to find it and retrieve it for me!!!! 10/10!”

“call me crazy for giving this FedEx a five stars. however, you got to give them credit for having the packages safe and sound at a location- especially if the recipient is able to go pickup. it would really suck if they were lost/stolen. (given most FedEx worthy shipments are from like hella expensive factories, or even intl at that) im glad i got to understand how they work after reading the reviews, because at first i almost had a heart attack thinking i was the only one playing cat and mouse. in fact i missed 5 hours of work and sat there 1-5pm in the sun- just waiting at the package center for my box. I was really so mad- but when it finally arrived in my hands i was super glad that it never got stolen. with curses are blessings, vice versa. (?) they did tell me if this helps- after three (3) attempts of delivery to the door- there is leway of about 3-5 more days of time in which you pick up anytime 5-6:30 pm, maybe 10-15 min before.”
