The owner seems to have no respect for the community their business is located in. Every weekend for the past 5 months, they have had music and bass blasting so loudly that it's disrupted the peace of the residences around. Creswell has many businesses within city limits and all of them have shown care for the community, but not this place. They caused my elderly neighbor to have seizures from the bass, loud enough to shake pictures right off the walls, and laughed when I told them -- literally said they "don't care" -- and I have it all on film.

The owner was rude. He gave the impression that he was too good to take my business and "wasn't interested" in giving me a quote. I understand businesses have the right to refuse service to anyone. However, I feel like there was no justifiable reason to be that rude.

I've been taking my vehicles here for years. Jim is an honest man and does excellent work. What more could you ask for? He doesn't try to up-sell unnecessary repairs. If you don't live in Creswell, suck it up and make the short drive. The service Jim provides is worth it.
