I needed some help today with a new menu I was printing off for work and decided to go here for supplies. There was a bit of a line and i was in a hurry, but it went super fast. The gentleman working behind the counter was amazingly efficent at his job. He helped 3 people in a manner of seconds it seemed. All while showing someone (who he looked to be trianing) how to do what he did. Then he helped me pick paper, email, print, cut and straighten my menus out perfectly. It took only a few minutes and I even made it to work early! Gotta hand it to this guy. Amazing job. I only wish I remembered his name.

I just wanna say that the reviews in the past are really wrong … I went in yesterday and the lady Zoe was the best worker ever she was getting multiple orders out and done like two at a time almost three she got all the folks in front of me in and out real fast and no issues with anyone and was cheerful and upbeat was a really good vibe to walk in to I can’t wait to send another package again was the most fun and good feeling I’ve had at a postal ups store now my new favorite thank you so so much for scanning and sending off our order so well …..ZOE IS THE BEST!!! And she runs she store wonderfully and smoothly thank you so much <3

I walked in at 5:00 right after the only other customer. I was told she had taken the last customer of the day. She had not processed the transaction of the people in front of me, so their system was not shut down yet. I only had one Amazon return. 30 extra seconds to process one more Amazon return would not have ruined her night. Ridiculously bad customer service.

Do not come to this location if you have any disabilities such as speech or hearing issues. My experience with most of the staff was great, but our experience with the notary was horrific. This person publicly humiliated my parents (who are both in their 70's and fully-disabled). This sort of behavior from staff is unacceptable and I have reported this to UPS corporate and the ADA. Failure to treat disabled individuals with respect is shameful and discriminatory.

I use the services of this store on a regular basis. All the employees are very polite and professional. It's sad to hear people complain about things that are completely beyond the control of UPS, such as Amazon returns they bring in with the incorrect information, label etc. They are very patient and understanding of the fact that not every customer knows how things work outside of what they are able to do at the store level and try to explain these processes very politely to each and every customer. And when that is not what a customer wants to hear, sometimes they lash out and even take the time to write a bad review for something that they can not change. So I am taking the time to write an honest review. This is a very well ran store.

We've had a box at the CG UPS store since a package was stolen off our porch. Sometimes it's a bummer to have to make a trip over there to get our items but not having to worry about package thieves makes it worth every penny and car trip. Then a few days ago we realized we forgot to reorder our dog Wade's special food. He's allergic to everything so finding it local wasn't an option. Watched my notifications like a hawk and got one that it arrived 5 minutes before they closed and are not open on Sundays. Our dog had one more day of his special food left and then he was going to have to eat his back up food which isn't great for him. My husband jumped in the car and I called the UPS store. Amanda answered 2 minutes to 5 and was happy to wait for my husband to get there so we could get Wade's food. It was a huge sigh of relief. Super glad Amanda works there- she's always heckin nice to us and very helpful. Give that girl a raise.

Today I had the most unpleasant experience with Zoe at the Cottage Grove, Or store. On my way to work I had to stop in to return a damaged guitar I had ordered from Amazon. When arranging for my return, I was low on ink and chose the option from the Amazon website to have the UPS store print my return label. The instructions from Amazon were to have the selected UPS store scan my label, as it would be updated in their system and the store could print the return label. This young girl had a very bad attitude the second I walked into the establishment. She was more concerned with barking orders at me about wearing a mask than listening to what I needed to say. I complied with her mask request without hesitation, and then she would not listen to me about scanning my package for a label AT ALL. I then wanted to quickly step right outside to call my wife, who had been the one to make to plans for the return of this item. Even though I was the ONLY patron in the entire building, she demanded that I take my package outside with me even though I was parked curbside and could see my vehicle just a few feet away just outside the glass. I gathered my box, went back outside to get my spouse on the phone. She explained what the Amazon instructions were. THIS SNOTTY ZOE WOULD NOT EVEN LISTEN, NOR EVEN ATTEMPT TO TRY TO SCAN THE PACKAGE FOR UPDATED INFO/HENCE NEW LABEL INFO!!!! This girl needs a refresher on what it means to provide customer service!!!! Afterwards, my wife called the store to speak to this girl to explain and help the next customer for future reference AND SHE WAS STILL HAVING A BAD ATTITUDE. SHE DID NOT WANT TO GET TO A RESOLUTION AT ALL. WE WILL AVOID GOING TO THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY BY SHOPPING FOR SERVICES AT THIS LOCATION!! GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY SINCERELY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. My wife even called Amazon Customer Support to find out if we had been mistaken and we had not gotten our wires crossed in the least. ZOE DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE ASSIGNMENT! If I were the owner of this store I would look for help elsewhere. Zoe is a detriment to your customer base! I gave this store a one star because I could not give it a zero!!!

They are the worst. If you have a problem the person to help you is never there.its always someone is out they will have to call you backNeed a refund? Nope not gonna get it. I dont care what you do you can follow there rules to the T. You are not gonna get it. This store does not follow the standard ups store rules. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS IF U DONT HAVE TO!!!!!!!!!
