Don’t bother. Worst bank I’ve ever used. I lost money banking here. Extremely slow and charged me for inactive accounts without notifying me. Totally unapologetic and unwilling to reverse the charges. 0 stars.

I was very disappointed that Umpqua did not issue me a temporary debit card upon opening an account. I was unable to access my money for two weeks on account that they do not print cards in house, and do not issue temporary cards.
