“I haven’t owned my bike very long and it appears to have some electrical gremlins. My friend and I had just got it from the shop and were taking it home, when it through a new code and went into limp mode. Of course this was at dusk and right at the SB onramp of I-5. Even with a second wrecker providing caution lights, not all the trucks got over, like they’re supposed to. Despite that, Patrick and James kept their cool, had the right equipment to safely load up my bike, and sent pics of it tucked in that night. Safe snd sound. The next day, she was delivered back to the shop. Hopefully they get that gremlin this time. I’ll keep your card just in case they don’t.”
