We all have multiple accounts & they take good care of everything. They've helped us with financing all of our vehicles & medical bills. They are very helpful with our kids savings & cd's and also helping our older kids with opening up their first checking and visa cards. They are always friendly and service with a smile. Whenever I have questions or need help with anything they are right there to help. I want to give a shout out to Cindy (former employee), Barbara, Lenette, Patty & Jeannie (sorry if I mispelled) but all the employees are great.”
“Professional, kind, understanding. My other bank failed me 3 times when my acct was hacked. The first rep did not 'mark' the fraudulent charges, so the second one did, but the 2nd one did not put a rush on my new card, as she said she did. I STILL do not have my new card, after 21 days!!! I am a recently widowed, disabled senior, and could not drive to the 'other' bank, so I had to cash some personal checks at this bank. I wish I could move all the cash I have to this branch, but that would involve so much work in transferring all my creditors.”

29 N 7th St, Cottage Grove“Went to open an account. The staff was very friendly , and even stayed a half-hour past normal end of business so that I could finish opening my account. Building appears a little rundown, but overall the staff made up for it , and it was a good experience.”
