“The postmaster listens and tries to address delivery issues plus does deliveries as they are short staffed. We do not receive all of our mail order deliveries and it is an ongoing issue. We share our house number with a house on Oregon Street and there are some issues with packages being delivered to the wrong house. Over all, there are issues, and I think the service is adequate even if inconvenient from time to time.”
“call me crazy for giving this FedEx a five stars. however, you got to give them credit for having the packages safe and sound at a location- especially if the recipient is able to go pickup. it would really suck if they were lost/stolen. (given most FedEx worthy shipments are from like hella expensive factories, or even intl at that) im glad i got to understand how they work after reading the reviews, because at first i almost had a heart attack thinking i was the only one playing cat and mouse. in fact i missed 5 hours of work and sat there 1-5pm in the sun- just waiting at the package center for my box. I was really so mad- but when it finally arrived in my hands i was super glad that it never got stolen. with curses are blessings, vice versa. (?) they did tell me if this helps- after three (3) attempts of delivery to the door- there is leway of about 3-5 more days of time in which you pick up anytime 5-6:30 pm, maybe 10-15 min before.”
