The absolute best for an emergency. Prices are better than LS across the street for higher quality. We had 2 trailer tire blow outs and was able to test both locations in a week. Highly recommend Point S for customer service, time, and quality products.

I have purchased a set of tires from them and I've also brought my car in to have a couple of flat tires checked/repaired. On every occasion, all of the staff members have been friendly, respectful, and have taken the time to explain everything to me if needed. I've never felt like I was being taken advantage of or talked down to when I didn't understand something. I've found that is not always the case when dealing in the automotive industry as a single woman.

Immediately after an alignment, my steering lock broke, and one of my lug nuts was about to fall out. Had hope for this place, but I would rather just work on my own car.

Recently took my car in to have the charging system checked (the low battery light came on when I was driving home from work); Darren checked it andfound my alternator wasn't alternating. They weren't able to do the work to replace it, but recommended 409 Automotive across Highway 99 from them. Excellent service, and an excellent recommendation too...I'll definitely go back to Point S for tires/alignment/etc. in the future.

Been doing business there for over 20 years.. and have always been treated so well.. it's changed since it went from local owners to corporate.. but Dave and Darren along with the rest of the crew still make you feel like a person not a dollar sign.. that corporate sees all costumers as... But the store rocks.. lots of laughs.. plenty of coffee..lively conversation.... just down home....they even work on my old junker...

I wish I could write two separate reviews but I can’t so here it is as a customer they are great and and amazing. But as an employee they are terrible and not worth it the manager who runs it is so oldschool it’s not even funny and he has a serious anger problem. One mistake and it doesn’t matter how small and stupid it is he will scream at you. My first and only day I was screamed at so many times I couldn’t take it and told him I’m not coming back and walked out. He then calls me the next day wondering where I am and after not answering his first 3 calls he leaves a voice message telling me how unprofessional I am for no call no showing my second day. The rest of the employees spent my entire first day mainly telling me that this isn’t a good place to work. As a customer I can’t recommend them enough they are the are wonderful and very helpful. But as an employee steer clear.
