I had damage on bumper and windshield. Auto glass connection owner plays poker with employees at m and g Collison. I was referred by m and g to use auto glass connection.
After I picked up my car, screen on dashboard went black twice only after receiving back from shop and there was noises coming from back door and major issues with windshield visibility and quality of glass. I tried contacting the shop first. The older gentleman that has a desk right behind receptionist was very dismissive towards all issues I brought up. Even told me to "Google" said issues. My response was umm I thought coming to the ones who did the work was better option.
The older gentleman called over Ben. He was very helpful. Cared to look into the issue for noises being made and even helped me figure it out. I tried calling AUTO GLASS CONNECTION for about a month No response No Answer. Auto glass connection won't answer my calls nor any of the insurance company calls. HE DID ANSWER when M and G called today. He will respond to M and G not anyone else after he completed work on My car not his not M and G... my car and he won't answer my calls ONLY M AND G.

Very kind works they seemed a bit flexible with some pricing ... unfortunately they do not cover tint on the window, but there work look great they where quick with the installing and I'm very happy with the quick response
