Purchased a used car from Jimmy. No sales pressure. No tricks. Just a fast and easy transaction at a fair price for today's market. Highly recommend.

I have had a few encounters in person and via phone calls with the salesman and the service department here at Wilson Motors, every time they have been rude and condescending. Today I called with a question about Fords MyKey setting and if they could tell me how to “undo” it and they hung up on me twice. The third time they made me wait on the line for quite some time and when they finally had an answer they proceeded to tell me that there is no other way to undo it unless I make an appointment and pay $200 for them to connect my car to their computer and remove it themselves. I was able to fix it myself with my spare key for free in under 5 minutes with no help whatsoever from them. I have walked away from every encounter feeling like they are trying to rip me off and waste my time with the lack of knowledge they have shown me about the cars I have inquired about. If I could I would give them a ZERO star rating.

If u want a car from here go find JACOB POST he's a no pressure sales guy who listened to everything I told him. Which is rare . Told him wat I needed and he executed with flying colors same day took a trade in and got a suv I wanted and i showed up at 3pm late in the day. Was patient during my test everything test drive and my inspection prior to deal. Got me wat I needed for trade in and even lowered my payment. Everybody else I dealt with was very helpful too .! Hats off to everybody in there . ? 2cars from them now all good.

Between myself and my son we've bought 3 Ram vehicles for our business in the last few years. They're great when you're purchasing, but when it comes to repairs even though we've always bought the extended warranty, they take their time repairing even though they know we have to have the vehicle for our business. They also are very slow at providing a loaner vehicle, so it has been nothing but frustration trying to carry on our business. So as far as customer service they're a definite no.

We just bought our 3rd vehicle from them today. We've had wonderful experiences every time! They throw you the keys and let you test drive without breathing down your neck in the backseat. They got us in and out with the new car in a couple hours. They actually give KBB trade in value for your trade in!!! I've always had car dealers low ball on my trade in!! Will continue to go back for our next vehicles!!

I had no idea what I wanted and just knew I needed a car. Steve not only found me a car that was a perfect fit. He asked what I needed and what I like and helped me find my car. He didn't just sell me cars until I said yes. It was low pressure and a great experience. Bob not only worked with me and my budget to fit the already reasonable priced cars but let me know if there was a issue neither of us knew he would help me out and not leave me hanging. This dealership will change your opinion on used car lots. It's the only one I'll be using in the future.

Was not happy, you need to amp up your sales people. Felt too controlled by upper management. Sales people seemed to have just control to take your info then needed to talk to someone else to help you. I ended up going to Ron Tonkin Hyundai in Gresham and bought the car I was looking for cheaper.

This dealer plays like a clown, I walk in and try to order a TRX and test drive one, and sales guys said it was a “120k” vehicle so can’t be tested drive unless money was put down. It’s crazy that any dealer in the area are selling TRX in MSRP and they somehow want the vehicle marked more than 20k up. I place order somewhere else with 6k discount, lol. Good lock on your business.

Terrible service. Went in for brakes a few months ago and also needed the front wheel speed sensor replaced. Was assured all parts were there. But no, when I called, the speed sensor wasn’t in stock after all.Call me crazy, but I gave them a second chance. Speed sensor again, power steering pump and faulty airbag. Took a month or more to get all parts in. Scheduled service date and asked if it would be done in one day. “Shouldn’t be a problem”. Dropped vehicle off night before and told them I needed it done by end of next day. “That won’t be a problem. We’ll call you tomorrow.”Next day - crickets.Called when I got off work. “It’ll be ready Monday.” Stopped by on way home to ask why it wasn’t ready. “ The work is about 10 hours of labor”. No calls giving me the chance to reschedule which I would gladly have done given my need for the vehicle which I was assured would be ready on two occasions. They simply do not care. It is the absolutely worst service department I’ve ever dealt with. I would highly recommend not going there for service. Looking at other reviews, it is clear I’m not the only one. Sales? I bought the vehicle there. Actually ordered it and had it built. Couldn’t have been happier. Service? I simply won’t return for anything, service or otherwiseQuick update - it is now Monday 9/19/22. The day I was again promised to have my vehicle done. It isn’t. Apparently it now needs the power steering reservoir replaced which isn’t in stock. It will be there tomorrow or so I’ve been told. I’m not terribly confident about that. It’s beyond me that they wouldn’t have known that during diagnostics. That part is the most visible of all things done in this repair. Very disappointed in the service here.

I have to say the service writer Zach at this company is excellent at his job. His customer service is impeccable. He was thorough, kind, assertive, and you can tell he cares not only about the vehicle, but the customer concerns as well. He followed up with me next day to let me know the status on my vehicle, which put my mind at ease. I do all my vehicle business at Wilson motors, and will continue to do so when encountering employees such as Zack. What a fabulous employee you got there Wilson.

Bought a new Mach-E through them because Ford made me use the closest dealership. Went through three different salesperson--the last one (Cody) was great, but that was the only positive experience. Apple Car Play stopped working correctly a couple days after picking up the car and their service department put me on a 2-month wait for the "EV certified" tech. I left the car with them for almost 3 days and they still didn't get to it--and no one from the dealership proactively called to give me an update. I finally just collected the car without it ever being serviced. To top it all off, they didn't provide any information or service about filing an application for the Oregon EV rebate. When I went to file it myself, I discovered that since it had been more than 180 days from the purchase date that I am not allowed to file the application and receive the tax rebate. No wonder the dealership model is dying out.

I'm giving them 2 stars because I really like the salesman who sold me the car. He also replaced the SD Navigation card for me when I realized it was missing. I want to share my experience because I just don't want anyone to be as naive as I was buying my first used car. When I drove the car home I noticed a clicking noise in the front driver's side suspension area. Thankfully I know a lot about cars and suspected the CV Joint. I called and spoke to my salesman and he said they did a full inspection and the car was clean. I have to disagree with that statement. I took it to Subaru in Corvallis. It's an Outback. They did a full inspection on it for $136. They found that NOT ONLY do I need a new CV Joint, I also need a new headlamp as it is collecting water, a new full set of breaks as the pads are worn all the way down and the Timing Cover is leaking oil and this needs replaced as well. Thankfully, the Timing and CV are covered under the Power train Warranty from Subaru. The breaks and headlamp are not. I purchased the full dealers warranty. I hope it will cover the headlamp. It's a $1000 part. Breaks $375. I am really upset mainly because I asked the salesman at Wilson if I would be safe driving the car 5000 miles round trip. He said "yes. You will be safe." Subaru said if I hadn't come to them about the CV Joint, I would definitely of had problems driving to Michigan. Mind you I drive around my 6 year old daughter as well. It just saddens me that I have had this kind of experience but I have learned my lesson.
