I came in here basically in pajamas and the team did not hold this against me, they understood my work schedule and that im taking care of family. ✨️Nery Hernandez✨️was kind and knowledgeable; he saw what I liked in vehicles outside of my $ range and found me the perfect car within my means. ? He is humorous and down to earth and made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. 10/10 p.s. his name is pronounced 'Neh-tea'! ♡

Patrick Robinson and the team at Wilson Motors did an excellent job. They treated us good and went out of their way to help us get the best deal possible. Came from California to purchase vehicle as I couldn’t find what I was wanting here. We are very pleased with our purchase. Was worth the trip.

This dealership is an absolute disaster. No one in the service department seems to know what they’re doing. They schedule appointments for weeks out but can’t even order the necessary parts for your vehicle. They don’t return calls as promised and appear confused at every turn. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place!

The absolute worst service department I’ve ever encountered. I called to schedule warranty work, and they set up an appointment for the following week. I arranged a ride, left work early, and waited in line for 45 minutes, only to be told they didn’t have a single part for my truck. I was assured I would receive a call the next day to bring the truck in, but I never got that call. When I followed up a week later, I was promised again that I would receive a call back that day, but I never did. The level of unprofessionalism is alarming, especially given that I’m expected to trust them with my valuable vehicle. I will never do business with this dealership again.

Nery (netty) was great. My daughter got a great deal from his extra work and care. Thank you Netty!

Greatest buying experience with Patrick & Rick. I pulled into the lot not expecting to see anyone as I was “just looking” and out pops Patrick. I had been discovered! I wanted a car payment less than $300 and I wanted a hybrid. Call it the right place at the right time as I got a 2013 Ford C-Max Hybrid SEL out the door for 11,000 with all the bells and whistles with only 61,000 miles on the car, which, was very clean and obviously well taken care of by the previous owner. I did make the financial decision to add on the warranty since it is a used car just to be on the safe side so I wouldn’t have any huge car repair bills if something went wrong . Even then my payment was still less than $300 a month! I had so much junk in my trunk (no pun intended) on my trade in that it was overwhelming to have to unload it all and haul it up to my apartment and Patrick went the extra mile, and helped me with that. Rick gave me the deal I wanted and they treated my two dogs like royalty while I was there. It was a very easy process and the least stressful car buying experience I’ve ever ever had. Thank you Wilson Motors!

I scheduled to have some warranty work done on my pickup truck, they had my truck for 2 weeks and didn't do anything to it. Total waste of time. This is the second Dodge dealership I've had issues trying to get any warranty work done. And this is the last Dodge I'm ever buying.
**Update, they rescheduled me several weeks after my experience noted above, when my wife arrived at the service center to drop off the truck they told her they couldn't take in the truck to do the warranty work because one of their employees had recently walked out and quit. What a joke and a waste of time!!!!

They took 10 months and 2 thousand dollars to not fix anything on our vehicle. On one occasion, they lost our vehicle while it was sitting in their parking lot.
They said our key fobs needed to be replaced and reprogrammed. Our key fobs were fine.

Great staff from start to finish, and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends for their service needs. Thank you!

I went in wanting to look at four vehicles they had on the lot. 3 of the 4 had lots of visible mold growing on the floor mats, floors, seats and seatbelts. The vehicles had the overpowering smell of damp carpet shampoo solutions. Seems as though they were heavily cleaned and shut up completely soaking wet and left to mold. One of seatbelts was rolled up wet, it was the worst, huge white and gray moldy patches. When pointing it out to the sales person he implied that is just what happens in Oregon.....I think not! Even though the fourth vehicle looked okay I wasn't going to chance purchasing a vehicle that potentially had or will have a mold issues. The sad thing is they just ruined good vehicles by doing nonsense like that! I would be leery of any vehicle on this lot.

The Toyota dealership in Corvallis selected Wilson Motors body shop to execute a warranty paint repair on my car. I had no participation in selecting where the painting would be done. My son drove my car to the Toyota dealership and someone at the dealership drove it to Wilson Motors. 16 days later we received a call from the Toyota dealership that my car would not start and they assessed it was rodents that probably chewed wires. This is when I learned that the Toyota dealership, Toyota of North America (warranty source), and Wilson Motors were not going to take any responsibility. It is obvious the damage occurred at Wilson Motors. Apparently, when Wilson Motors is to blame for something they kick into deflect and avoid mode - they do take or return phone calls. Reilly Ferguson and Mr. Scott (supposedly the manager of the body shop) did an expert job of avoiding me. Mr. Scott is a complete coward - never returned any calls. I am stuck with expenses of over $1,500 for taking my car in for a paint job that was supposed to be covered by Toyota of North America. It is obvious that Wilson Motors has a rodent problem and are ethically bankrupt. If you read their reviews it is a standard practice if theirs to not return calls when there are problems

Earlier this year I bought a 2002 Volkswagen Passat from them, price 5,999 I bought in February. The Third week of April the vehicle broke down. Vehicle said my oil pressure was low. After taking it to several mechanic’s in town I found out the fuel pump had gone bad and am billed ,2800 to replace the pump or 6,000 to replace the whole motor. I called several time and was put on hold until I was hung up on. After finally reaching the salesman I had and explained what had happened he said he would talk to his manager. A few days later he reached back and informed me they sold me the vehicle ( as is ) and giving it had been a few months there’s nothing they were obligated to do. This was easily the worst experience I have had with car dealerships and I wouldn’t recommend them.

Thank you for the quality work done on my car. I appreciate the Technician Matt Lindekugel for pointing out that I also had a coolant leak. Front cover engine oil leak and tstat housing.
Thank you to the Technician's secretary service advisor Jeremy. Very easy to
communicate on the phone. Thank you for the great experience during a stressful event for me. And a special thank you to Christeye for the car rental.

Purchased a used car from Jimmy. No sales pressure. No tricks. Just a fast and easy transaction at a fair price for today's market. Highly recommend.
