Brioche brioche brioche gotsta get me some more of that. It's on the $$ side but if you have the money it's worth it. Go early. They have loaves as well as single servings. We also loved the beet bread.Vegetarian options: Vegan options too.

I've really enjoyed this bakery; been going weekly for about two months. I've tried the sesame sourdough and kalamata loaf, and they're both fantastic. The Swedish cardamom buns are too delicious, and I eat them all. The baguettes are also delicious. The service is wonderful, and I look forward to going back soon.

Fantastic bread! My family was utterly spoiled on a recent trip to Denmark by the amazing bakeries practically on every corner, and the delicious breads here definitely compare well! The cardamom pastry is even better than one I had in Copenhagen... It's so nice to have a local source of amazing whole grain bread.

Really nice atmosphere, staff always warm and friendly. I have mixed feelings about their goods -- sometimes they are too dense for me and I feel lacking in flavor, but often they are fantastic. They tend toward rustic and wholesome. My favorite things to get are the soft molasses cookies (careful - sometimes they are crisp) and the galettes which are tender as heck and have just the right amount of flavor and sweetness.

Another great bakery in Corvallis. We lost a good bread provider in Corvallis when Big River closed. Wild Yeast has filled the gap. They are now selling their bread at the coop. north + south stores and the farmers market. Wonderful space downtown. Friendly staff. good food. Be sure to check their hours before you go.

Best bread I've ever eaten, especially the toasted sesame! Amazing owners and employees. Anyone in the Corvallis area should make sure to stop by :)

It was my first time visiting this bakery. The staff were super friendly and warmly greeted me and took my orders. It has a very clean and pleasant atmosphere. You can even see bakers baking breads in the ovens. I ordered a Swedish cardamom bun, a cranberry orange scone, a latte and a steamed milk. Everything was very tasty. I especially liked the Swedish cardamom bun as it reminded me my childhood memories and delicious Persian pastries. I did not get the chance to try their bread, but I have heard a lot of great things about them. They seem a little pricy though. I’ll definitely visit this bakery again.

I bought the Toasted Sesame Bread and it was still warm! The bread had a delicious flavor and a great texture. Made with Water, Organic Refined Wheat Flour,(Utah), Organic Sifted Wheat Flour, and Organic Whole Wheat Flour (Grown In Oregon, Milled In Eugene), Organic Sesame Seeds, Wild Yeast Wheat Culture, Sea Salt. This was my first time visiting, and I was warmly greeted as I walked in.

Local organic whole grain baking, not-so-hidden gem!! Such a beautiful space with sunlit bay doors you can see the bakers in action and loading loves in and out of their decker oven. Yummy creative espresso drinks and super sweet staff!

We have been eating Wild Yeast bread for years. It's actually the only bread we buy. The crust is insanely crispy and the inside is bubbly and chewy with a tangy taste - just like it should be. Their whole grains are locally sourced and processed and their dough does not contain any additives or conditioners. Our freezer is always overflowing with different versions of their delicious sourdough. We're also fond of their holiday Rye Gingerbread. This year we reserved three loaves. One for eating, giving and freezing. Check out their new storefront. Oh, they don't only make artisanal bread. Try a couple of their yummy pastries/cookies with a cup of freshly made coffee. Your day will be a lot brighter. Kudos to April and Craig and the entire Wild Yeast team.
