I have been with BofA for 25 years and was looking to change banks. After reading the comments for both Corvallis and Albany branches I don't think WellsFargo is the best choice for us.

I've had nothing but great customer service from tellers to bank account managers at this branch be it for opening account, account fund verification for a loan, or/and historical transactions for tax purposes. They were friendly, patient and very understanding.

This is not a normal bank with tellers, etc. It's just a bunch of offices for financial advisors. Very nice public bathrooms, though!

In my experience, this is not a bank that is adding any value to our community. They'll snub their nose at anyone asking to simply break a large bill without first opening an account.

Worst bank I've been to yet. Said they would call about an appointment. 2 weeks later never called. Been trying to contact them for over an hour today to try and set up an appointment no luck. Do yourself a favor and go to another wells Fargo

Opened an account for the new customer $300 bonus recently. Was met with great customer service by a banker, who was very professional and even gave me some insight into the company. While I'm never a fan of the big banks, this was one experience that was good.

If you are closed on weekends please take the sign off your door saying the wrong hours, it shows you are open Saturdays from 10-2.

I had the best banking experience of my life today at the Timberhill location with Yari and Alyssa. These two amazing ladies gave me top shelf service and empathy. Highly recommend promotions or something special for these two! I love Wells Fargo now after being a customer for 25 years. Thank you a million times over for your kindness and help today ladies!

I called Friday to inquire about banking on Saturdays, was told they are open from 10-2 but wasn’t told I needed a appointment. I arrived at 11:15 and was told I could be seen until 1:30. Fairly unprofessional and nonchalant with my funds.

Very friendly customer service. Attentive to customer needs. 4 instead of 5 stars for two reasons - first is that the checks that should have been ordered when I opened my checking account were not ordered, second is that with a joint account I cannot see bill pay the other account holder has setup when logged in online.

This branch is usually so friendly but today 2/16/18 the man at the drive-thru was horrible. I went to deposit my check into my checking account around 2:30 pm- I have been depositing every two weeks for the last 6 months (I keep forgetting to sign up for direct deposit). Anyway he was so rude and so horrible, he should not be is customer service. His name is Chad.
