Drive up services only at the biggest Wells Fargo in town with no drive up atm. PIt’s kinda the opposite of good service when you can only staff one lane, can Wells Fargo Corporate do any better?

The service manager, as of January 2022, was aggravated when I asked how to open an account. She gave me incorrect information in order to rush me out. Since then I do not use this bank as the experience was very unpleasant.

I was there recently to withdraw some money from my account and received terrible customer service from Alma Suarez Perez, the Service Manager. By the time she pondered my request, she could have had my request completed. It's not that hard to be a nice person Alma! Maybe that's why I prefer to bank with Umpqua Bank, The Worlds Greatest Bank!!

I was very favorably impressed by this branch when I came in this weekend. The tellers up front were very friendly and accommodating, and I highly recommend accounts specialist Josua Gonzalez not only for those interested in opening new accounts (he was simultaneously highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly), but also to potential bank customers interested in working with someone who is bilingual in both Spanish and English.

Downtown Wells Fargo is great! The team is filled with alot of knowledgeable team members. It was a pleasure to have worked with each one of them. I have always thought Wells Fargo was easy to do business. To top it off convenient. So many helpful resources on the Wells Fargo app and the Downtown location.

I have been to this location several times a month due to its proximity. The one teller who is always willing to bend over backwards to make the customer happy is Josue. He has been the only teller to explain to me why he can't print checks at the drive-thru and goes out of his way to make sure I am satisfied with the services. It is great to see an employee who cares about the customer's experience!

I should have done it long ago, but today I'm going to start closing my account. This bank has a well-known history of dishonest practices that have been documented widely. The last straw for me was when I noticed a recurring monthly charge to download my own account information. I was never warned ahead of time, and it's just another nickel and diming WF has become known for allso. With all of the sleazy practices of WF practices, I wonder where else they're picking my pocket. I'm done.

Great customer service, and the only bank open until 6:00 PM
