My opinion of Wells Fargo has not changed since I wrote my last review. Evil and impersonal bank. I now have a second account at OSU Federal, and they are totally wonderful-- the exact opposite of Wells Fargo. I want to make them my primary bank, but Wells Fargo has made it a real headache for me to switch my direct payroll deposit. If I could describe Wells Fargo as a cartoon character, it would be Mr. Burns from The Simpsons. Clawlike, bony fingers just twitching to get their grips around your cold, hard cash even if they had to steal your daughters lollipop in order to get it.

I have been to this location several times a month due to its proximity. The one teller who is always willing to bend over backwards to make the customer happy is Josue. He has been the only teller to explain to me why he can't print checks at the drive-thru and goes out of his way to make sure I am satisfied with the services. It is great to see an employee who cares about the customer's experience!

I should have done it long ago, but today I'm going to start closing my account. This bank has a well-known history of dishonest practices that have been documented widely. The last straw for me was when I noticed a recurring monthly charge to download my own account information. I was never warned ahead of time, and it's just another nickel and diming WF has become known for allso. With all of the sleazy practices of WF practices, I wonder where else they're picking my pocket. I'm done.

I look forward to depositing a paycheck each month just because I get to see my favorite tellers, Sway and Matt. They remember my name, are super friendly without being intrusive, and consistently give great, fast service. I was a little disappointed today when one of the management decided to correct the teller in an abrupt, belittling way in front of me. I would like to see some of the grace and courtesy the tellers extend to their customers be shown to the tellers by their supervisors. It definitely doesn't make the management look good to be rude to their staff in front of clients, especially staff that have always made my experience exemplary.

A great bank for those who like to sit and wait for half an hour for something that should take 3 minutes to with an online bank. I only opened an account to deposit a bunch of cash. If I ever do brick and mortar again, it won't be with WF. the people were cool though and helpful once I got help.

Wells Fargo may be a big evil financial services company, but the staff in Corvallis go way beyond the call of duty to make their clients happy. The staff are very attentive and try to get to know all their clients. The Wells Fargo ATMs even wish you Happy Birthday! No other bank does that! If you need to do business with a large nationwide bank, I recommend you try Wells Fargo.
