Several times they have gone over and above to help us with issues dealing monetary tangles. The manager (Inge) is wonderful, as are all the tellers and others in the branch. Of the many financial institutions we have dealt with over the years, our Washington Federal branch in Corvallis is far and away the best.”

“I would love to give this place five stars just because of the cashier but they raised everything to $1.25 and I had no clue I only had $10 and it came to 11 and the cashier was so nice that he paid my extra dollar that was amazing. But how did I not know that everything is no longer $1 per item they are $1.25 now. Not really the Dollar tree anymore now is it it's the one and a quarter Dollar tree LOL”

“Called, only waited a few seconds before Mario A. answered the phone. He was both courteous and professional. I have someone in the area that is a mutual client needing a Medallion Stamp - he went over the key requirements for them to assist and suggested for the number of documents that scheduling an appointment would be necessary. He was thorough in what documents and what the requirements would be to be able to make this happen. Mario is a great example of what a knowledgeable and efficient team player is - Bank of America has a great gem as part of their team having Mario at this location!”

I have been financed twice thru them throughout the years and the representatives were always kind and knowledgeable and I never had an issue paying my car loan.I just traded in my car or a newer one and I was financed by another credit union for it , I will definitely miss working with this credit union,they made it so smooth.”
