Waited on hold for 90 minutes. Came to the store- while still on hold- and witnessed pharmacy employing simply picking up phones and placing people on hold… no greeting.. and no getting back to them ever. Must be cool to avoid your entire job as a customer service rep. Then I waited in line for 30 minutes. Then again for 8 minutes for a consult.

Just the longest lines and worst customer experience I’ve ever heard. Also not cool to shout across the pharmacy “she has an out of state doctor!” In front of other customers. Yeah, no kidding… because I don’t live here which is why I chose Walmart for the convenience of traveling and getting my prescriptions. No more

My first experience with Corvallis RX. Showed up to get meds that the doctors office confirmed calling them into. I was told that they did not have them. Received a text two days later saying that they had them. Called to confirm and was put on hold for 16 minutes. Thinking I was forgotten I hung up and called back. The phone was answered by someone who promptly hung up on me….ugh.

Every month they are late filling my prescriptions. I call them in 3-4 days in advance and get told they will be ready the next day. When I go to pick them up 3 days later I get told they haven’t started it but they will be ready in 15 minutes. This month I called my bipolar medication in 3 days in advance and on my last dose of medication I get informed they are out of my medication and it will take 1-2 days to get it. This is a medication that if I do not take I become mentally unstable and it can take days to weeks to become stable again. Highly would not recommend this pharmacy

Very poor service, I was put on hold for several minutes, and when the pharmacist answered they were very rude. Not to mention, that whole store smells really bad!

I have been getting my prescriptions here for more than a year now, hense the rating. My meds are either NOT received or incorrect, ot iget an argument from a pharmacy tech. I know we won'tlive forever but too woulld like to live aslong as possible. i was given "maybe5 year"s due to a heart condition. I need my cardiac meds and antidepressants. to tell me "they are on the way: and "hang tight" goes from days to weeks to months. Unless you have worried about a racing heart or irregular heart beat or if your meds will make it to you on time, you plain do not care.i get it. today , as yesterday i sit in the window and watch to see if the fedex truck brings my meds, or if walmart says " we don"t even have a script got that med. I know it's not YOUR life but have a heart, quit treating people like meaningless garbage.

Elizabeth and Stephanie are so rude every time I come here. They make people feel stupid and unwanted. Elizabeth needs to not be so mouthy to her elders and learn a lot of customer service. Stephanie needs to change her tone to when it comes to customers. They need to find new staff they never have any prescriptions done on time or when they tell you to come back it's always an excuse like we're too busy, If I could give them no stars I would. They're the worst. I will not be coming back EVER!!!

Our prescriptions were new and confusing. The pharmacist, Adam, was so patient and kind despite the busy time of day. The entire staff were professional. Our family has had many bad experiences with pharmacies throughout the years. This was a refreshing change. Please be kind to these people. They are working extremely hard to help us all ?
