This particular Verizon Authorized Retailer has gone through several transformations and we have been going there for at least 8 years. There have also been replaced changes, but Santi has been there for awhile. He has been a great help on previous visits, to purchase new phones/tablets and to help out if we had a question. He has always been courteous, professional, helpful and honest. He goes the extra step! Thank you again for today!

Wesley was very rude during my visit and even lied about several charges on my account. When I got home, I found two new lines on my account that I never signed up for or requested while I was in the store. Be cautious if this employee is working when you go in because he was a nightmare to deal with.

PHENOMENAL customer service!!! We went in to get a technical issue fixed that had been an inconvenience for over 2 years. Wesley knew exactly what to do and how to help us. He was extremely knowledgeable and advocated for us when phone support failed to be able to solve the problem. On top of fixing our technical problem he also saved us $12 a month on our phone plan.

The customer service Representative did an amazing job helping me correct the issue with my phone service to get the fastest and best resolution. They were very professional and courteous and helped me with my needs.

Chase killed it today. I walked in with someone right behind me while Chase was with another customer. Mind you this was an hour before closing and he seemed to be all alone. He did a great job knowledging we were there and he would be right with us. Chase all by himself, 3 different parties of customers within the last hour and he took care of all of us with a smile on his face. Great employee to have on your crew! Next time I need to be at a Verizon store I’m going to this one of Kings and I hope he’s there to help!

Do not go here for phone service. Victra is the company that sells Verizon plans at this location. We decided to go with ATT after about a week with Verizon and ended up losing $316 that went to Victra (a subcontractor) which isn't recoverable according to Victra employees even though we returned everything (the liquid screen savers were not refundable, even though we didn't ask for them, the employee put them on anyway and this was 45 bucks a pop, we were charged for 3 because the camera screen needed it also). In addition I sent $133 billed to me from Verizon for a week of service. Very shady and underhanded practices.

Highway robbery. Avoid this store at all costs. They will rip you off. Say no to all their fast talk. Learn from me. I'm out $500 dollars for 1 week of service.
