I was helped by Joel and Elijah and these guys were thorough and super helpful. They were ready to give me the best deal I could get and were not pushy whatsoever on keeping me with extra addons or anything. Very happy with the service I received!

Elijah was literally the kindest, most helpful dude I've ever dealt with in any business. My friend broke his phone and couldn't remember his Apple ID to sign into the new phone and Elijah was sooo patient and kind and helpful. And then he remembered his apple id so it was fine. He was also knowledgeable and honest. And didn't sell us a phone that was overpriced for no reason. Elijah is goated. We love him.

Arrived today (great way to start a Monday) very frustrated with another provider down the road (I wont say who here...)...I had dropped my phone in the river (lesson learned, i know..)..phone completly dead. As I panic, Superman swooped in and saved my day..he goes by the name of Jordan. Jordan took over and stayed cool and collected, which gave me confidence that all would be good in the world of having to go through this not-so-fun experience. After alot of work, hours, and patience (thank goodness), Jordan earned all the stars today! I was able to get a new phone and smart watch..for a very nice deal! AND....I was able to go back to work without heart palpitations. I was also helped by Elijah and Matt for some much needed accessories. Thank goodness for all these ROCK STARS today!! Great job guys!

Trenton is the sales associate we worked with. Excellent customer service. We were with AT&T but looking for a provider that had phone watches for the kids and better monthly pricing. He hooked us up with discounts on the watches, a new ipad and a better monthly rate. We targetted pricing we wanted and he was able to work within our budget, get the watches and new devices for us all while staying within our requested budget target. Huge ups to Trenton, who made the experience easy and kept us updated along the way.

My wife and I went here after originally going to a different Verizon store because the original store had messed up our order pretty bad. Garrett was able to help us get things figured out, set us up with new phones and much more. Our experience here was fantastic and probably the best experience we have had in dealing with mobile service providers. We would give more stars if we could, Garrett was really helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

The sales representative Matt was very knowledgeable, patient and willing to stay almost 1.5 hours after the store closed to find my wife and I the best deal on phones and a plan meeting our speed, coverage and price requirements. It was a real pleasure doing business with Matt!

My husband was told by the salesman at cellularsales, Troy, that there would be a $200 gift card applied to my account 8 weeks after switching from my provider, Gabb Wireless, to Verizon on my 5 GB monthly data plan. This was verified by Garrett, his supervisor. After he successfully completed the transfer to his iPhone that we already own, the representative and his supervisor notified me that the $200 was not available for switching to my 5 GB data plan. They suggested I call Verizon, but did not believe that would help. Adrien did his best to help me, but he transferred me to a rebate company who had no idea what Adrien and I had discussed. Adrien told me that unless the rebate company made an exception after speaking to me on the phone, my rebate request would be denied. The person on the phone told me that she had no authority to make exceptions and we were disconnected. Troy was very apologetic, but I still do not have $200 and was lured to make the transfer to Verizon under false pretenses. It was a classic bait and switch scam. It’s hard to believe a company as large as Verizon is able to pull such blatantly dishonest tactics.
