Rude staff. They will yell at you. Came in 10 min before they closed to drop something off in the Dropbox and one of the staff PHYSICALLY put her hands on me to guide me out of the door while yelling "you're not here we're closed" while there were still people in line.

It's a fine post office. Don't go during lunchtime, and the lines won't be crazy. If you just need something shipped and it's already packaged, use the self-service kiosk that's to the left when you walk in. Staff is super friendly.

This is the first ever yelp review I think I've ever written and for good reason. I've been next in line for nearly 30 minutes because the credit card machine isn't working. I literally just want to drop off a package and get a box for it and there's only one person on the register. Ridiculous and sad

I rent a PO Box at this location, for almost a year now, and 3 times they have handed me a package for a different box number and with a different name (they're obviously careless and don't pay attention). In addition, 4 of my packages have been lost (confirmed delivered by the tracking number) and I can't help but wonder if they have given my packages away in error. I can't wait for my box to expire so I can transfer to a different location. Most of the staff is friendly but I have a lot of orders delivered frequently and I can't afford to keep losing packages. Not all senders are willing to refund or replace the shipments.

The worse post office I ever been to , it should be called the most unorganized, rude office instead of the post office. Stay away go to the mail center on 3rd Ade between 13th n 12th street . Way better , way faster and great costumer service

I wish I could rate with 1/2 star. This is the worst post office. Lines are always painfully long and slow. There's also a sign on the window where you present the orange slip for picking up packages stating to get on the regular line. How stupid !!!! Stay away from this dump.

I usually don't write negative reviews, but Ms. Min needs a good amount of urgent education on how to respect others in general and what it means to discriminate !! Went into check my parcel that wasn't delivered or updated in the system for 4 weeks even after periodic calls to 1-800 numbers. Went to check into the station on 7th Ave. Very professional staff there recommended me to seek supervisor's advice at 9th St. location because she was not able to collect any more information than what I had for last 4 weeks. As recommended, I was simply there to follow up on my parcel that was not delivered as expected and was accused of many things completely not related to the reason of my visit. How Ms. Min treated me was unacceptable and so discriminating. She assumed my origin and her own coworker's by the look even though the coworker was not the person who guided me to the 9th St. station.

The only thing that tempered my anger at the GOP's destruction of the postal service is my interactions with this specific location. The employees range from indifferent to surly, the lines are endless, and everything is broken. Trust nothing on the website, it's routinely incorrect. And this isn't just recently, it's been like this for years. I dread coming here. I honestly dread it.

Not only is the line here often coming out the door, they don't even empty the parcel drop off box. So you have to either leave your parcel for anyone to grab or wait an hour in line. What on earth are the employees paid for if they can't even empty a box. It had just opened, which means it was full from yesterday. Inexcusable.

Where to start??? This post office is usually very crowded. The clerks work sooooooo slow. Just unbelievable! They should be paid per piece. Lol They would move there a** then. LoL Always a long wait. Maybe bring a drink and something to eat.
