This is the worst US Bank branch I have ever done business with in 20 years of banking with US Bank. I have been lied to numerous times by the staff there. I had a safe deposit box at this bank for years and suddenly they charged me 2X what I had been paying in the past because they did not automatically discount me %50 as US Bank had been doing for nearly 20 years as a perk for military service. When I inquired, I was given the run around for 2 months. Finally I closed the box account and was told that the prorated rent would be reimbursed automatically. Another lie. I will never do business with this branch again.

Service was Crappy. I will be in Tuesday 1/23/24 to close one of my accounts. Their fees have pushed this account into the red. About a $1.48. The other account will be closed as well when the CD runs its course. Going to a local Credit Union. To the owner- THIS ISN'T A COMPIIMENT smart a__

This particular branch has let me down several times. The reps working are not apologetic nor empathetic. Just pathetic. Would give 0/5 if I could.

I always have a great experience at this branch. The tellers and bankers are wonderful. US Bank has been good to me. I would definitely recommend them. Anytime I've had to call, the phone representatives have been great too. US Bank increased my credit limit without even asking, just for being a good customer & paying my credit card on time. No other bank has treated me so well.

Stay away from this branch. Very rude tellers. Happened to be at the door at 9:02 and they weren’t open yet and then the lady who opened the doors didn’t bother saying a simple greeting but to the man behind me she had no issue saying good morning. Not sure what I did? I don’t think I was rude or anything ??♀️

Hours of operation for lobby is 10-4. Drive through opens 9:30 as of 6/24/22. Seems to be the least convenient bank that I bank with if you need to go in the bank or the drive through. Sure online banking is great, but when you deposit more checks than is allowed online, have withdrawals that you can’t do online, title payoff etc., the hours are inconvenient. On the positive, Customer service is always great

Lobby closes early. Drive thru at 5pm but it is the SLOWEST drive thru you will ever go through. I've been in line 2 times by 4:30pm, only a few cars behind. They are so slow by the time I get to the window it's 5pm. They don't bother to say sorry, we are closed, the shut the drapes in your face.

NOT fun to drive over from Albany when your message said the drive they is open on Saturday from 10 to 1pm. And then not letting me leave a message at your branch. Hanging up on me. Very poor …

I have had a huge problem with US Bank and their reliacard. It took me 4 months to get my unemployment checks(Not US Banks fault) but once the funds were sent to this bank, i could only draw out part of the funds per day. Then I sent my debit card thru the cloths washer and it was ruined. Called for a replacement card and after 2 weeks called to see what was the problem. I reapplied and paid an extra $15 to expedite a card and finally got it. In the meantime, I had NO access to the funds . Not a friendly system!!

The main draw of this Branch is the drive though ATM. If you need to make a quick withdrawal or deposit this ATM is easily accessible. I have only been in the branch a few times but I have no problems with it. There was one time where the doors were locked at 4:45 than their advertised 5:00 but it wasn't the end of the world that they closed a bit earlier than expected. The staff inside seemed capable and I had no issues with them. It's a good branch.

Terrible customer service. I had been waiting in line for several minutes but when a teller came available she immediately closed her station and went to service the drive in window where each of those customers arrived after I had.

Horrible situation caused by a banker named Kylie for my senior disabled sister. US Bank has caused my sister to be in a bad financial situation by blocking her account and returning her SSI checks to the feds. Collene had a stroke at the end of July. While she was in Salem Hospital her wallet with debit card was stolen with her Oregon ID. I called and had the debit card cancelled and a new card issued. Instead, US banker Kylie blocked Collene's account and caused Collene's SSI checks to be returned. Now, they are not doing anything to fix their mistakes. US Bank claims to be a consumer's financial ally but that is a lie. I wish I could give them zero stars.
