I reached out to Unified Insurance Group for help with homeowner's and auto insurance quotes. I worked with Chad Sherwood to get the policies quoted and purchased. Chad was responsive and polite the whole time. I appreciate the good customer service and would be happy to recommend UIG to others.

Monica takes such good care of my properties for us, since Cynthia left (she was great too) and the couple claims I've had over the years were so very well handled - I feel I am in great hands with these folks.....

I talked with Monica today about an accident that I experienced yesterday while driving my motor home. She answered my questions promptly and clearly and explained the process that I was to go through. A good lady.Cynthia is certainly a tough act to follow, but Monica does a very good job.
