Enjoyed our day shopping at ulta, bought derma blend to cover medical bruising on my neighbors arms before her big vacation to Australia & New Zealand & Figi. It's waterproof & was designed to cover burn scars & both marks. Always use the powder on top of body lotion to set the product & go swimming w/o fear, go outside & play. Noah is their best employee, each time I go there he is most helpful, gives knowledgeable advice.

I’m surprised by the amount of positive reviews. If you like to shop alone and like a comfortable shopping experience, this is not the place. Every time I go in, I am followed, employees linger and suddenly have to “stock” next to me, you’ll get asked if you need help 5 times in 10 minutes. Clearly thinking I/we are stealing. Incredibly odd. Been going here for 5 years, happens time and time again. Friends, and even my mother have said the same thing. We all collectively avoid Ulta now.

Went in yesterday morning with my mom. Marissa checked us out and was the sweetest! Helped my mom pick out her birthday gift and was overall the best! Love this ulta and love Marissa!

I had never been to one of these before, it has a highly confusing setup. Things are organized by brand, not what they do, so to compare different products for the same thing you have to scour the place. Finding something specific you had in mind going in is a treasure hunt, it could be anywhere. Not intuitive, kinda pricey.

I went in today to only purchase perfume and under eye patches. I've visited this Ulta a few times before and never any issues. When I first walked in, there were 2-3 employees that immediately greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. I didn't at first because I knew exactly where the perfume was that I came for. Found it and then I was on the hunt for the under eye patches. Naturally, that took me a bit to find. While on the hunt, I looked everywhere for an employee to assist and of course I could not locate a single one that wasn't already helping another customer. So, I started googling which eye patches were better and that just made it worse. Thankfully, a young lady named Brittany found me and asked if I needed any assistance and I absolutely did! She was phenomenal! She explained the difference between under eye patches and an eye serum (because I know nothing about any of this stuff) and she was so patient with me. She was so knowledgeable about the different brands and which brand could back up their product because of their research. She also told me which products she used because of sensitive skin. She really was just awesome! I really appreciate that she didn't try to push me towards an overpriced item as well. I felt completely comfortable speaking with her and even more confident in my purchase. I also just want to mention again that not once did I see a single employee just standing around. Everyone single one was constantly assisting someone. From Brittany to the nice lady at checkout, they were all friendly and really great!

The whole crew have such a welcoming vibe. They're quick to assist and knowledgeable about their products. They've created an atmosphere that is very friendly and helpful. Charlotte in the salon is the most unique and caring stylist and her instincts are spot on. Stephanie has a knack for matching the absolute best colors for your skin. Her brow bar experience is fantastic. I love spending my money here!

Noah and Callie sparkled when I came in. I was guided towards my matte-clay by Noah. He escorted me along as I narrowed my focus from a banana scented wax to a pleasantly scented and woodsy jar of the right stuff.His product knowledge was impressive. I browsed through a wide selection of high quality skin care, hair, and body wash products.Callie greeted me with a stunning ensemble outfit and a smile that sparkled more than jewelry ever could. She patiently explained to me the network issues that were occurring, and we chit-chatted while my card waited to scan. She explained to me one of the ways that Ulta values each customer: she showed me a selection of gifts for birthday boys and girls ??.I left the store and forgot my debit card in the reader. She politely mentioned it as she complimented my outfit as I exited.I had a great time! ?I returned for another self care product. I am a man and want to combine the face wash and shaving activities into one product use session.I am greeted by smiling faces when I enter. Cindy is well-attired, a spray of gems flourish the tips of her oh so stylish spectacles. She handed me to Bruce (Great Nail Art! Shout out to Minnesota where they had them done!, who talked with me about our high school rivalry ?? and walked me through the products which best applied to my application.Noah described a few of their personal favorite products and recommended us some moisturizers.Callie bid me adieu with all the aplomb each one of us deserved.I leave feeling special, welcome, heard, and hopeful to smell just like The Man Wielding the Pick of Destiny himself, Jack Black.

Went in today and I was greeted by Marissa she is very pleasant and respectful she was very knowledgeable with the products I had questions about always kept a positive attitude and smiled the whole time she made my daughter and my experience happy and I can’t wait to try my new items!!!!

My husband ordered me a straightening iron for Christmas from Ulta and they shipped the wrong item (he still has the receipt of what he ordered). When he went to exchange the item today and have the the correct item ordered, he was told that he would have to return the item and pay again for the item that he originally ordered at it's current price. The correct item was on sale and Ulta is telling him he will have to pay more for the item because it is no longer on sale, even though the mistake was on them. Disgusting, and I will no longer be spending my money there. Shephora will get my business.

Went into Ulta looking for some affordable makeup. Zoe was my cashier & she was very informative of some brands that would be in my budget. I very much appreciate coming in and being able to talk to an employee about what I’m looking for!
