Great communication and services. I appreciate that they called me the next day after I booked an appointment the night prior online. They wanted me to come in early to drop my car off for the day for diagnostics. I’ve had other dealerships not tell me this until the day I get there, tell me they can’t do anything since I need a longer appointment and then they have to rebook me for another day (waste of my time and gas!). The free shuttle was also nice! Friendly and helpful staff.

paid $600 big ones for a break and rotor replacement just to find out that their "Toyota Certified Tech" only torqued 3 nuts out of the 5 and hand tightened the remaining 2. Driving home i only made it halfway and noticed the issue. i was not refunded and only given a lame excuse and future "free" oil change or $100 off my next service of $500 or more. after they "fixed" their mistake, my car wobbled down the highway and i had to take it in to an independent shop to fix the issue that Toyota of Corvallis did to my car. im not coming back here after such shady business and lack of professionalism and accountability. they messed up my cars bearings and refused to own up to their mistake; they let some random kid with no experience work on my car.

Initially, my experience with the purchase of my Mazda 6 was quite positive, primarily thanks to the helpful assistance of Eric in the finance department. However, approximately nine months down the road, my enthusiasm turned into frustration when I attempted to utilize the 'Green Package' that they had sold me. It marked the beginning of a series of unpleasant experiences.I made multiple attempts to contact them via phone, but they didn't return my calls. When I decided to visit the store in person to change my car key, one of the services covered by the 'Green Package,' they couldn't even locate the package assigned to my car or my name. Frustrated by the lack of response and efficiency, I expressed my desire to cancel the package since I hadn't used any of its services. Suddenly, they miraculously found the agreement.When I requested key replacements and repairs for some minor dents on my car, they suggested that I might have to visit the Power Mazda store for these services. This left me questioning why they had sold me the package if they weren't going to provide the services they had promised. Their response was that they would call me back the next day. However, I waited for two weeks without receiving a single call. This level of unresponsiveness and delay left me thoroughly annoyed and determined to obtain the service I had paid for.Finally, today, I brought my car in early in the morning. They assured me that a shuttle service was available to take me home, but I had to clarify that I would be working in two hours and needed transportation to get there on time. They agreed to provide the shuttle to my workplace, given that they were only going to replace the key. Unfortunately, they didn't keep their word, and I had to resort to taking an Uber, making me late due to their lack of follow-through. It was exasperating that it took seven long hours for a simple key replacement.Before leaving, the guy on the service side assured me that he would call me regarding the wheel replacement and the repair of minor dents, but I'm left with doubts as to whether he will remember to follow through on these promises.In summary, I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with my decision to purchase the Green Package service from them. Furthermore, the key that they replaced is not even a new one; they programmed another little damaged Mazda key and gave it to me. I strongly advise against seeking services from them for other car brands, given the poor level of service I have experienced.

Excellent service and superb waiting area. Very helpful personnel in all areas.I have a high level of trust in the work that was done on my vehicle.I am also very pleased that on a previous visit for programming a new key, when I failed to understand that all keys would be reprogrammed to a new program and I failed to provide them with my valet key, they did not charge me for another charging session to reprogram all three of my keys, rather than just the two originally reprogrammed.Jason, Ortiz, and all the other personnel, I interacted with were very gracious, polite, informative, and a pleasure to work with.The waiting area is very very nice and comfortable and supportive of all online task work with personal devices. Even the bathroom is very very nice and up-to-date with the best forms of facilities. A visit to Corvallis Toyota at Subaru is always a pleasure.

#1- flat tire when I picked up my car = 1.5 extra hour wait - no compensation for my time#2- $480 for tail light I can get on Amazon for $120 (NOT stock but hey...for $360 can I tell the difference?)#3- An additional $1800 ???? WHAT!! for my 60,000 mile service??#4- Maybe if your 1000 sqft bathroom wasn't so gorgeous- you wouldn't have to charge these prices!!#5- LOVED Angela and all people working - VERY helpful & supportive!!

Never have I been more impressed with a car dealership! Here's what happened. I have to travel from Waldport to Corvallis daily for radiation treatments, which obviously puts a lot of miles on our 2015 Yaris. As expected, the time soon came for its regular oil change. Unfortunately, my regular mechanic in Newport could not get me in until mid-October. When I saw that Toyota of Corvallis was just down the road from where I receive my treatments, I thought I would give them a call. They, too, were booked out until mid-October. But the receptionist for the Service Department (I cannot remember her name, but she was wonderful), told me to hold on, then connected me to Griffin. Griffin told me to bring the car in whenever I could, and they would somehow squeeze me in. The next day, following my treatments, I drove down to Toyota of Corvallis - they changed the oil, filter, performed a 25 point inspection, washed the car, and vacuumed the inside - in less time, and for less money, than I am usually charged for an oil change alone. I am so grateful and relieved that I have one less thing to worry about as I continue with my treatments. Special thanks to Griffin, Alex, and the wonderful receptionist who got the ball rolling!

Was rude over the phone.. I think I'm gonna go to the next town over's to Toyota dealership and give them my business instead. Id rather drive 40 miles than be talked to so rudely.

Very unprofessional behavior. I visited to buy a new car and met Mike Nolen whom I explained my preferences and shared the make and models I was interested in. He told me that he would find out more information about the pricing and availability for those models but he never did. I called/emailed him but couldn't reach out to him. Eventually I went to another dealer and got my new car!

Brought two vehicles in without an appointment, expecting they would be done in a few days. Angela was super helpful and friendly, and was able to get both vehicles completely serviced in just a few hours, and even got me a shuttle! Amazing effort from all at Toyota of Corvallis!

The guy that attended to me was amazing, then the rest of the people were so helpful.It's fulfilling when workers exude positive energies, it creates satisfying experience.Thanks, Toyota Corvallis for the quality of staff you guys have.2 guys and a young lady attended to me, they explained every detail to me.

Service advisor Bryant was great. He made sure the parts department had the correct part, was friendly, and made me feel like he cared about his customers. The cost and time estimate given to complete the repair was accurate. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the whole process was a breeze!

Love this dealership. Got my car here a few months ago with excellent service, and just had my first maintenance done. They had pre scheduled the appointment for me, all I had to do was show up. I was helped immediately and got a text update that my inspection was all good. I was walked out to my ready car and saw it had been washed and the floor mats had been vacuumed, a chore I was going to take care of later that day. They saved me so much time and energy. Thank you!!

Toyota of Corvallis dealership is my best experience so far and a pleasant place to get my Toyota Sienna checkup and repair. The high class way to get your car done. And the cost and price overall came to be a better deal than you going around purchasing your own parts or go to multiple places to get your car done, as well as wasting your times.
