Wendy Leibelt of Town & Country Realty is a miracle worker! I had a house to sell and a house to buy and she made it all seem so simple and easy. She managed every step of each transaction, including and informing me along the way. Her advice and guidance was very much appreciated, and her full service marketing package included staging, cleaning crew, a home inspection and contractors. All of this making for an easy sale of my home with a short escrow (due in part to the home inspection that she provided). My new home purchase was equally smooth and her expertise in the purchase process was beneficial to all parties involved. In short, I could not have done any of it without her. When I learned that Wendy's motto is "I'm here for you" I just smiled...she really is here for you!!

We sold a house with Dawn in 2019 and also bought with her that same year. It wasn't an easy selling process and without her I don't think we could have handled it. She is attentive and motivated and I felt like she had our backs the entire time. Hands down, Kristin Knutson was the best realtor we could have asked for to help us with the purchase of our first home. She made us feel so cared for, from the searching process, through the entire transaction, and even after! Plus working with her was genuinely fun! She was not only attentive and responsive, but we could tell she genuinely wanted us to make the best decision, and her offer strategies were always creative and strong. We worked with Travis Thiel from Town and Country and it was the best realty experience I've ever had. Travis was knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful through all aspects of our buying experience. He showed us many properties before we found one that suited us and was always very responsive and knowledgeable regarding the local area, the real estate market and helping with contacting contractors for inspections and quotes. We hope to work with Travis when we sell our current property.

I can hardly think of the words to describe how happy I have been with the services of Michelle Fowler of Town and Country Realty in Corvallis, Oregon.I was selling an older, rural property with some challenging results from inspections. Michelle helped us persevere through all the challenges that arose and we closed successfully on schedule. She is smart, personable, creative, knowledgable, professional and tenacious. Jane at Town and Country Realty was incredibly helpful in our home search! We were shopping from out of state and she was always willing to go look at houses and let us know what they were like.
