Their billing department is so incompetent that I’m starting to believe it’s by design in order to extract more money from patients over time. It’s like they only understand how to swipe a credit card, everything else is outside of their ability. Will interrupt you incessantly; like I said, it seems almost on purpose how unprofessional they are.

Sketchy billing practices, paid out of pocket for appointment only to be surprised with more charges later and the billing office explained “they should of told you and said how cheap my $290 appointment actually was.” Maybe on a doctor or nurses salary shoveling out $300 per appointment that did not get me closer to a resolution is ok for them but not for a student. The appointment was a discussion on conditions I already knew I had no blood draws, no new diagnosis, I didn’t even get examined by the doctor. I was prescribed medication that made my condition worse though. I do not recommend the Corvallis clinic go anywhere else

I’ve always received good service from Corvallis Clinic, friendly staff. But 2 stars because their billing department is awful! So many items incorrectly coded with additional unnecessary expected payments then. Insurance is annoying enough. Fix the billing department.

Called to verify coverage for my college student for an urgent care visit last fall. They told me that they take our insurance and after the bill came, said whoops they made a mistake and they don't take our insurance. Stuck with a $500 bill with them now. My initial thought was lesson learned, should have verified with my own insurance provider, but when I found out through a parents group chat that this has happened to several other students, felt it was worth posting our experience, so others can be vigilant in double checking with their insurance provider, before choosing this clinic. Care was okay.

Visited this clinic for neurology as a I needed nerve testing . However my insurance covered a small amount of money.the following week of being seen I recieved my bill asking to pay the amount now. I've been given various reminders to pay everyday I contacted the Corvallis clinic to see if there was any income assistance I could receive since I was not expecting such a great amount due. As I knew about payment plans I figured I'd ask I then received a message from the doctor (Andrew M Rice) stating there was no "charity" assistance.

Got to say I’m not one for writing reviews but the way I have been treated just trying to find a doctor is wild sense when do the doctors have so many very specific requirements for you to become a patient they review your medical records and decide if they want to deal with you or not why do we pay so much for health insurance if we can’t even be seen especially if we have serious medical issues it’s a joke when did cherry picking the best patients become a thing

The GI dept is utterly clueless and unprofessional. Billing dept is rude and incompetent. Disappointing.I found folks in radiology to be a lot kinder and professional. Overall, do not recommend.

The nuerology center continually denied my referral, finally accepted it… But the doctor that I so desperately wanted to see that specialize in my condition was not available for a couple months. I went on a waiting list, thankfully, was able to get in with them, but in the meantime, had to receive immediate IV treatment and was able to connect with another neurologist in Eugene. By time my appointment came they cancelled on me, laughed at me over the phone and told me to stay where I was that dr didn’t want to see me since I was established else where. With MG I cannot drive far on my own, I was excited to have a dr closer to me and one that understood Myasthenia Gravis. Im so confused! I thought as patients we had freedom to choose a dr that fits ours needs. To be mocked over that by somebody who isn’t even a medical professional, and then just to cancel on me without even a council? I’m very disheartened and disappointed. But considering how I’ve been treated at the ER that connects with them I hate to say, I am not surprised by any means.

The physician I saw was so overbooked with patients, although she was excellent, she had no time to listen. I've been prescribed the wrong medication twice, waited weeks for lab results to be explained, and there has been something wrong in my chart for a year. This, is in spite of the times I've asked for the information to be changed.

This review is specifically for Jonathan Evans who is an Orthopedics Surgeon with the Corvallis Clinic. I was referred to him because I had torn cartilage in my knee which was found by an MRI. I had been experiencing grinding, catching, loss of motion, swelling and overall pain in my knee that had happened after an accident I had in Aug. I went to see Dr. Evans in Oct after the results of the MRI came back. When I went into see him he already had the MRI results pulled up. I explained the accident I had and the symptoms I was experiencing. Dr. Evans didn’t perform any sort of medical examination on my knee at the appointment. He instead told me that there was nothing to be done. I didn’t need surgery. I should get up and start moving and work through the pain. He also said there was no surgery to help me available and that its normal for knees to grind. I asked about the swelling and he said it didn’t look that bad to him even though the MRI specially said how much fluid was in my knee. He did point out how I would probably develop arthritis within a few years. The whole appointment he seems very smug and condescending. Thankfully my husband is in the medial field and we knew better than to trust this Dr. opinion. He asked around at work and we got a few suggestions on where to get a second opinion at. I ended up seeing Dr. Robert Wobig at Beaver Sports Medicine and had a completely different and wonderful experience. I had surgery to remove the cartilage that was free floating in my knee and used a microfracture technique to repair the area in Nov. I’ve been in Physical Therapy for around a month and have another month left. I no longer have any pain in my knee. I am walking without any grinding, catching or pain and the swelling has slowly gone down. I am so happy I didn’t listing to Dr. Evans and got a second opinion. I highly recommend Dr. Wobig at Beaver Sports Medicine. The whole experience with him was so smooth. We also heard Samaritan in Albany has very talented ortho doc. Basically go anywhere but the Corvallis Clinic.

They will cancel your appointment if you're 10 minutes late with a total lack of compassion. Then to punish you, they'll reschedule you four months in the future regardless of your medical need.

I have had at least 5 different appointments from various providers canceled due to scheduling conflicts and I have only been going to this clinic for 6 months. They sent my lab work to outside labs sending me bills for hundreds of dollars because they did not properly submit it to my insurance. I am not happy at all with the care I have received here. I got a call from an MA after having a scan done saying i needed surgery ASAP and then couldn’t answer any questions. This lead me to panic as I was not expecting it. Turns out i don’t need surgery and my doctor just wanted a follow up in 6 months discussing possible surgery if symptoms persisted. Do better!

Disappointed and invalidated after visiting Dr. Cleary for serious mental health complications. Dr. Cleary wasted my time and money when I saught help for my mental illness, he essentially told me I just need to work on being happier. Understanding mental illness is still an area the medical establishment is working to better understand, Dr. Cleary obviously did not get the memo or training. He showed a serious lack of awareness on how damaging his statements were. I will be cancelling my future appointments because I clearly just need to be happier. Thank you for nothing and destroying what little trust I had in the establishment.

The amazingly kind medical staff gave me a cutting of a calathea maranta. The best news is, my labs are normal and the cutting is growing!!! Look at those roots!!! The people here are seriously wonderful.

This is by far and away the worst, most uncaring, hardest to work with billing department I have ever had the misfortune to deal with!! They couldn’t care less about your issues and gleefully tell you so! Everyone I spoke to there from the bottom to the top had one answer, Not my problem, here’s your bill. Billed incorrectly? Not my problem, pay your bill. Not pre authorized? Not my problem, pay your bill. I actually had one supervisor tell me, I don’t care if you have issues with your bill. Pay it or we will take you to court! I don’t have a problem with the doctors but all the office staff, support staff and definitely billing personnel needs to be fired!
